Every now and then you run into a company that you feel obligated to take the the time to provide a review. MDG Sports is one of them. Excellent communication (even on a Sunday), great prices and exceptional service.

This is the second time I have ordered from this company and both times delivery has been extremely quick. The price was competitive and I was pleased to find the racket I needed in stock as it was to replace one of two already owned due to a split frame and I specifically wanted the same racket. Excellent service.

I ordered and paid for some badminton shoes over a month ago and have heard nothing. I've tried emailing but received no reply. I tried phoning but the number given on the website is unrecognised. I've now asked for a refund via the website 'contact us' page. Time will tell....

Update: I did get a quick response from the company following my website message. They identified a problem with the carrier. They reshipped my shoes and they arrived today. Thanks MDG Sports!

I was a little wary ordering from MDG, having read a couple of these reviews, but I was delighted by the service. I tried to order 2 racquets online, to take advantage of the 5% off for 2 racquets offer. However, the discount code wasn't working online so I left it. MDG contacted me to ask if I wanted to complete the order. I explained the issue with the code, and they honoured it over the phone. 2 working days later, the racquets were delivered by DHL, freshly strung. Excellent service.

I purchased a Yonex VCore Pro 100l following a quick discussion on the phone. Firstly, it was on sale for a extremely competitive price and when the choice of hybrid strings are included, it’s simply a bargain. Secondly, I chose a grip 3 that was original and not one built up from a smaller size and hence the racket balance was not compromised. Finally the service was prompt with next day delivery as an option. I was able to discuss choice of string tension and playing characteristics with the owner and found that extremely helpful. I would thoroughly recommend MDG Sports if anyone is considering buying a tennis racket.

We’ve bought 2 rackets from James recently and he was really helpful and listened to what we needed….no hard sell, just great advice. There are so many options out there and he made the whole experience so much easier! The rackets both arrived the next day and we are really happy with our purchases.
