The staff at Falkirk went above and beyond I got held up in traffic due to the Edinburgh marathon and realised I wasn’t going to reach the shop until 1.10pm - shop closed at 1pm I asked if there was a safe place they could leave my order and the guy offered to stay back and wait for me to arrive which he did thank you so so much

1st class service every time!
Only ever had a problem once and it was my own fault, I was silly enough to buy the wrong heat press element and they refunded with no issues at all. Been using mdp for roughly 4/5 years now and it’s been first class service every time! The most helpful team/shop workers I’ve known! Thank yous!
