Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and I'm sorry for the experience you've had.
Having looked into the order, it appears there has been an issue between the item leaving our warehouse and being received by the courier. Unfortunately, we hadn't received any contact regarding the missing delivery, which is why we weren't aware there was a problem until we saw your review.
Regrettably, we no longer have any stock available to send a replacement, so I have arranged a full refund instead. This should be back with you within the next few working days, depending on your payment provider.
I've also raised this with our warehouse team for investigation, as we need to understand exactly what happened and ensure any issues within the dispatch process are addressed.
Please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience and disappointment caused.

Very disappointing experience.
I ordered a brand-new dehumidifier and received it with severely water-damaged packaging. The box was wet, deformed and no longer suitable for storage or future transport. This is not the condition I would expect when purchasing a new product.
I contacted customer service and provided photos of the damage. While the company acknowledged my concerns, they repeatedly stated that because the unit was functioning, no compensation or replacement would be offered.
The only option provided was to return the item at my own expense, despite the fact that the issue existed when the product was delivered.
What disappointed me most was not just the condition of the package, but the lack of a reasonable customer-focused solution. A good company is judged by how it handles problems when they occur, and unfortunately this experience fell far below my expectations.
This was my first purchase from this company and it will also be my last.
I would not recommend them based on my experie

2nd Meaco dehumidifier. I already have the ABC model and saw they were on offer so got the Arete for a bathroom with no windows. These are the best for removing moisture. So quiet and efficient too. Ordered this one on a Friday afternoon and it came Sunday!! Fully expected it to be on the Monday!

It arrived faster than expected. DPD delivery is always good because I get a text message and know when it's coming - and don't have to worry about it going astray. Did some testing, air conditioner is powerful and working very well.

Great delivery turnaround
I ordered my aircon unit on pre-order. It arrived within the week, which far exceeded my expectations. I haven't tried the unit yet, but it seems very good value. Particularly compared to fixed units, which are also really ugly. It's nice and compact, but is very heavy. I had to take it out of the box to hump it upstairs, which was a challenge. But I'm a 63 year old woman, so anything more than a sack of spuds is always going to be challenging! The covers included for the windows are not really any good for my set up as my windows open out on a hinge. But I got a panel of thin plywood, cut it to shape and cut out a slot for the tube. With a bit of Velcro to secure it to the frame, it looks like that will be a perfect solution to keep the hot air coming back into the room. Now just waiting for the next heatwave!

By far, the most complex, stupidity hard returns policy.
They make it near impossible.
You have to fill in an online form to request a return, then nobody responds.
Days go by, I went on live chat and emailed in several times.
4 days later I got a reply saying I'd have to pay and arrange my own return.
Ridiculous.
Definitely won't be ordering from them again.

Unfortunately, when duplicate enquiries are submitted, they can move existing correspondence further down the queue, which may result in longer response times.
As this was a change-of-mind return rather than a faulty item, arranging and paying for the return is the customer's responsibility, which is standard practice for many online retailers. We allow customers to choose their own courier so they have full control over the cost and method of return.

Great product delivered quickly but the box the unit arrive in has clearly been wet at some point as it felt damp and had some mould in it. Did not affect the unit.

This dehumidifier is great. Washing is dry within the day, easy to control settings. Certainly lowers the humidity in the rooms we need it most.

I bought a Meaco MC8000R Portable Air Conditioner from this firm, which is an approved partner of Meaco. The cost of the unit was cheaper than Meaco were charging. Delivery was within 24 hours. Excellent service from this firm. Would buy from them again.

Managed to switch to air purifier mode eventually. Followed instructions but machine said No. To be honest I'm not sure what I eventually did. Nice and quiet though. 2nd Meaco we've bought.
