Great product, good looking, versatile, powerful airflow and quiet. Only issue was DPD delivery. The first two drivers couldn't find our house (no one else has that problem). Third time worked. Dreadful Parcel Delivery.

Very happy with fan good size easy to use fan speed good night mode can’t hear a thing speeds 1/3 (that’s my feeling) it was so good we bought a second fan next day movement of fan side to side up and down and all over gets cooler air all over room hope this helps. Delivery as good as always with dbd.

Excellent service apart from expensive returns
I ordered a £500 Meaco airconditioner. When it arrived I realised it was too big - entirely my fault. I never opened the box and sent it back. I was surprised at the cost - it would have been £120 for Meaco to fully arrange it, but they suggested I use UPS, which cost £80. Meaco's communication was very good and the refund was processed promptly. So overall I would be happy to recommend this company - just make sure you order the right thing!

Poor Customer Service & Delivery
On the website states next day deliver and in the confirmation email says they will notify you when dispatched.
3 days went by without any notification of dispatch. I tried calling them during their available phone line hours on several occasions but it went to voicemail each time.
Ended up ordering another unit from Amazon as had no idea when this one would arrive.
It finally did arrive and wanting to return it, I was then told that they would not cover the cost of the delivery despite many attempts to reach out to them over the phone and email regarding cancelling the order, and also zero notification the item was dispatched which would have prevented me from ordering another unit in the first place.

No delivery since 23rd May, zero communication, customer service non-existent
I placed an order for a Meaco AC unit on 23rd May. I sent an email on 28th May asking for a delivery update but received no reply. I emailed again today but still silence. Tried calling 0800 043 3344 but it’s just an automated message telling me to email, and the 0121 250 2182 number is completely dead. Very disappointed with the lack of communication. Great fans, quiet and economical
We had these fans at work and they were good then so when it started getting hotter this year I decided to buy one for my home. So quiet in the bedroom overnight and very economical. Not cheap but worth every penny and it will last.

So disappointed my husband has copd so with the hot weather he was struggling ,so a bit more than I wanted to pay £509 I purchased air con machine on it arriving the box was very damaged i raised this and got told its only the package so after a day of it standing we turned it on and it sounds like a bag of nails and guess what Friday after 5 nothing can be sorted all gone home
