I love meaningful beauty products! I have seen great results and plan to stay with your company forever. One thing that that troubles me is Last year I had to cancel for a few months and understood that I could come back with no changes. When I returned and place a new order the prices went up considerably. I stayed but would really like to m is why I was told there would be no change.

I like the products, very difficult to cancel
I like the products, but the customer service if you want to cancel is not so good. I asked to cancel 9x before the rep finally cancelled it. Also, apparently I have a balance, the chat disappeared and no idea if that will be returned automatically.

I love the products
I love the products! The biggest complaint is that some of them don't last the 3 months that I have to pay for. I always have to up my shipment date to replace products that I am out of. Also the shipment time is a week to ten days (sometimes longer) to receive. I will keep ordering though!

I have been a MB customer for many years and I love your products! I am writing to complain about the Crème De Serum pump issues I have had with several bottles. I am having to break the top off and use a QTip to get out the serum. This cannot be hygienic. Customer service has replaced the items and the replacement did not work.
I took a video if you would like to see what I am experiencing. Help is needed!
