I returned unopened package to which I have proof they received. It has been over 2 weeks and they can’t seem to find the tracking number and seem unable or unwilling to try and find it. Everytime I email the response is , please resend tracking number as we can’t see it. I have typed it in email, sent photos of the USPS tracking page, the receipt from usps. Worst customer service. Trying everything to not refund customers

Love the products
Love the products, love the ability to be able to change items each shipment so I can try different things.
Payment structure is a little weird, but it’s fine.
I don’t alway like to have to buy 3 items per shipment. Sometimes money gets tight or sometimes I just don’t need more products and would prefer to skip or buy less.

I understand that you get a huge discount to buy it with an auto ship subscription plan that you have to cancel if you don't want to get the next shipment, what I don't understand is how my second shipment of the product was so entirely different from my original order. They auto shipped me a two hundred and something dollar package that was billed on a three payment of 89 dollars installment plan, (my first order was $69 ) I ordered the basic ant aging skin care package, my next shipment had all kinds of crap including shampoo and and three different package types of the same night cream, the email I sent cancelling my subscription prior to the second shipment was "never received" the chat options would let you spend an hour almost going through the process and then just close on me and would refuse to reopen, I finally got the call into customer service during the operating hours and had to get down right mean and demanding to get them to cancel the subscription, when I asked how to return the products of the second shipment she offered to clear my balance due if I would keep them instead (I don't want $89 shampoo) I agreed because if it's this big of a hassle to quit buying stuff I can only imagine how it would be to get the $89 bucks back.....money back guarantee my a**

My experience was a headache, customer service is very unprofessional, after I cancelled and returned the items because they were not up to my expectations, they tried multiple times to process payments and finally ended up having to call them to cancel yet again, then with the fake "oh now I can process your refund" (since you called after we have received the items and failed to process the actual return until I called), and not to mention still having to wait another ten business days for the return. RUN!!! DON'T WALK AWAY....FASTER

This is the only Hydr lotion and cream that I use.I have had people over the years ask what I use and does it really work.(Yes)example, Im 68 and people say they I look like Im in my early 50's. I use it daily before i put any makeup on, and have a nice glow to my skin.

I like the profuct, but the customer service is horrible. Canceling the membership is a nightmare. If you want to try the product, buy it as a one time purchase. Customer Service nightmare
The product is okay, but the customer service is horrible. Canceling the membership is a nightmare. I would think seriously before starting a subscription. If you want to try the product, buy it as a one time purchase. Do not get in a subscription because it's nearly impossible to get out of. This is by far the worst customer service experience that i've had in a very long time!!!!!!
