Terrible customer service
This company are quick and efficient when you are purchasing from them. Deliveries are on time however, I bought a pen, used it once and it jammed. It was obviously faulty which is no fault of the company. Where my issue lies is when I reported this via video, photos and multiple emails and it’s still not resolved. Several of my emails were ignored and some repetitive. They are not interested if something warrants a replacement. Almost 2 months have past and I’ve since gone on to purchase another 2 pens and no refund or replacement for the faulty one. (Around £150 down the drain) products and delivery are fine, if you have an Issue, they are not interested they will keep taking your money. Customer service is awful. Do your research thoroughly.

A positive experience
This is my first order from MedExpress. The process was thorough and I feel confident that enough care was taken to ensure the medication is safe for me to use. Communication was good. I received speedy and useful replies to my emails. When my prescription was approved I was given a delivery date within 4 days. I think the process for uploading evidence could be improved by allowing you to upload more than one document at a time but over all I found my experience positive.

Package returned to sender
I asked for the package to be delivered to a local drop off point. The Royal Mail postman tried to hand it into the shop instead of the locker outside as he did not have a code to pass on to me! The shop assistant quite rightly rejected the package and it is apparently on its way back to sender!!

Orders ok, support very delayed
Orders come through quite smoothly, and when you get through to customer support, they are all very nice and helpful. But they have a very delayed response time, I waited also 2+ weeks before hearing back on a medicine I had to reorder promptly, delayed my next dose. Overall they are a good provider, but their times to support could be way better.
