easy and great app

Was easy to access the site everything was straight forward lots of information,Ordering was easy delivery was quick after consultation

i started last year and lost 1 stone but due to holidays and a higher dose made me feel a bit strange left it for a while.reordered paid then put on hold twice taking £367.88.trying to get a refund its just e.mail after e.mail.just cant get a reply.what is wrong with this company

It’s achieving my goal of weight loss, slowly how I want it to be. Very impressed with how it suppresses my appetite, food was always on my mind, and I was always hungry, all that has gone.
I few very minor side effects of joint pain in my right foot, otherwise all ok.

You don’t just prescribe you keep a check on how I’m doing and you are there if I do have problems

I’m not losing weight as quick as I’d hoped. My appetite has shrunk and eating fairly healthy but my body doesn’t like giving anything up. I exercise too. 2 classes a week and swimming. I cycle to swimming (about 10 mins each way). In 5 weeks I’ve lost 9lbs. Maybe this is good. I’m not sure.

34 emails later and still no response even though I was told I would get a refund on email , no returns label even though I was told it would be sent and had been sent 5 times. Going around in circles. paid 253 for medication which has sat in the fridge waiting to be returned, I had to spend another 250 to buy from another service, shame on them, the fat cats that run these corporations don't give a monkeys about their customers and considering they are patients not buying clothes from amazon their customer service should be exemplary but its far from that !! Even the reviews that at 3 star and even 4 raise issues .

The continued emails as you progress with information and check in, the app is really good to monitor progress. I lost half a stone by week 3.

The doctor that did my consultation eventually was great. But this was the second appointment the first video appointment no one signed in. They didn’t let me know that there was no doctor available it just timed out after 20mins. I work nights and this was very inconvenient.

Great product.

Very professional & efficient. But expensive in comparison to others.
