On the whole it's very good
On the whole it's very good. The instructions for the syringe is confusing.
I finally got it to work properly after 2 weeks.
By this time I was two needles down, but it is working great now and I am starting to lose weight and feel the benefits.

Never completed my clinical review
Never completed my clinical review. I was waiting 10 days for the clinical review to take place despite contacting them 3 times on chat and submitting a formal complaint. I was told it had been escalated twice, once to the senior team and I would receive a response within 24-48 hours. I never did and in the end had to cancel as the delay would have meant a treatment break. So difficult to get any meaningful response or resolution to your issue from, and apologies were empty as no action at all was taken.

Do not get any GLP1 from them
I ordered GLP-1 on July 17th. Although the company advertises next-day delivery, my experience was far from seamless. I have been on GLP-1 for five weeks, and after my previous pharmacy closed, I had no access to my prescription. I decided to start fresh with MedExpress. While their intake questions were fair, I had to manually log in to chat with customer service every single time just to get a response after waiting for days. After a full week, my order was still under review. I ultimately cancelled my order, switched to a different pharmacy, and had my medication on its way after four-five hours.
