Disappointing and misleading repair service
I’m very disappointed with MediaMarkt’s repair service. My iPhone’s USB-C port stopped working, and I was told they replaced the port and battery, charging me hundreds of euros. In reality, they simply replaced the entire phone with a different serial number. Why not be transparent about that from the start? On top of that, they forgot to transfer my SIM card from the old device, which caused me additional inconvenience. Very poor communication and service.

I had a very good overall experience at MediaMarkt Waregem. The store is well organized, and it is easy to find products. The staff were friendly and willing to help when needed, which made the visit smooth and efficient.
What I especially appreciated was the variety of products available and the clear presentation in the store. The checkout process was also quick and straightforward.
As a small suggestion for improvement, it could be even better to have more staff available during busy times or more proactive assistance in some sections.
Overall, I would definitely recommend MediaMarkt to others and I am satisfied with my experience.
