No accountability for marketplace purchases
I have ordered a PS5 and realized it is from marketplace. It's okay for now but the issue is for the last 5-6 days my PS5 is going between depots and vehicles, getting failed to delivered god knows why. It's a delivery to a delivery point so it's pretty hard to fail at that job. The issue with Mediaworld is that I can not reach them and I can only reach to the company that's selling the item and they are not being helpful. So Mediaworld is getting its' share from my purchase yet I can not reach to them to complain and resolve issues I had with a purchase I made through their website. Total hypocrisy, get your profit yet do not take the responsibility.

Really amazing experience
Really amazing experience, I tried paying with klarna , the only problem I had was , I was not able to add gift card and shop with klarna. So I decided to pay with card directly. Once that was done with in two days I was called in store for a pickup and Item was delivered to me within no time. I highly recommend it to all.

SCAM! We were waiting for the TV delivery for 1 month. After we had 13 calls to the support, we did not receive anything, just once the courier called and informed us that they could not find our TV. We asked for a refund, and we did not receive it because the TV must be sent back to the store first, and, as I said, they cannot find it. And they left us with nothing. always promising to solve it, but never solving it. Last update we heard- that the courier promised to find it, but we don't trust them after a month of promises!
