That is all you get all over again.
The only thing I want is a precise date when the washing machine I purchased and paid will be delivered, and the company is not able to provide it. There is a delay even though the washing machine arrived to the local deposit 10 days ago. It is impossible to get any information, my money is gone, and I only have the option of cancelling my order (which means waiting for the refund and ordering elsewhere to wait for another month or so). What are my rights?
Why are you offering delivery if you are not able to organize it???
Terrible, terrible service. Advice to everyone reading this: give your money to another company.

Becareful!!
Becareful!!! I was ordering from them an Asus device they were posponing the shipment twice.. And as soon they asked me if i want to cancel and i said yes they sent me an email that my item was shipped but actually they didnt shipped me than they said they have canceled the shipment and refund ed which is a lie while keeping my money i have opened a claim to paypal i would not recommend them

terrible filiale di Mediaworld in Lucca ,they must hate their clients
What a terrible shop MediaWorld-Lucca , arrogant , not capable and must hate their clients.
We are client from this shop and the Italian website for years.
Normally we have good and attend service , but today 15/11/25 at 11am , we found a very empty shop
and we were helped by a lady from Miele and within 5-10 minute we ordered a dishwasher.
Then a lady, would take over and make the PO , but she was slow, had to ask everything and made big problem with our location., so after more then 20 minutes , there was still not made anything.
So we ask other salespersons, there were 3 of them free , to assist but after 30 minutes our patients was finished
and we were planning to leave without our Miele. The lady put her phone away and walked away, a salesman told us that we better go elsewhere..............we were flabbergasted as NOBODY was interested in a sale, they act that they have too many clients (in Italian non-mi-freganisme)
So after more than a half hour without anything we asked for the manager, and that lady started a discussion with us , a useless discussion , instead of talking to us and try to repair the sales , totally incompetent.
So it is in that shop from low to high same wrong mentality.
We went to Trony , within 10 minutes we were ready after a very friendly and thoughtful person who wanted to help clients & make sale for his boss, the way it should be. .
We were missing that mentality totally in MediaWorld Lucca. Because of the pleasant service at Trony we bought also a Dyson floor washer.
All the prices were the same as MediaWorld , shipment without any problem (and faster)

My experience at mediaworld
Hi! I can say that i had a very good experience at media world only because of Noemi. I asked two people before her for help and since they couldn’t speak in english they ignored and acted rude. She was the only one that tried very hard to help us since we couldn’t speak Italian and only english. I would say that without her we wouldn’t do that purchase. You should give her a raise and hire workers that can speak English ❤️

Scam products (Italy)
In germany, they provide excellent products. In italy, they offer products which dont work.
I bought a mosquito trap for about 35€, completely useless.
Very disappointed with the product, I feel scammed.
Edit: As a response to mediaworld, you can drop your email so I can return it and get a full refund. What do I benefit if you "improve" after losing 35€ for a useless product?
