received the item in poor condition
received the item in poor condition. The box was crushed and ripped open because of poor packing.
The item was shipped in an envelope instead of a box to prevent damage.
When i raised this issue and sent pictures of the damaged product, I got a response from your office that if the actual device is not damaged, i shouldnt be concerned.
The item was not in salable condition . We had to discount it to make the patient accept it in open and damaged packing.

I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with Medica Depot and feel compelled to share it. I placed an order for Botox Cosmetic and other products totaling $1,297. However, instead of the Botox Cosmetic I ordered (priced at $520), I received the regular Botox, which is significantly cheaper at $399.
I reached out to Medica Depot twice via email—on November 26th and again on December 3rd—but received no response. To test if my emails were being ignored, I used a different email address to send an unrelated inquiry. To my surprise, I received a response within 14 hours, proving that they are actively avoiding addressing my issue.
This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable customer service. Not only did they send the wrong product, but their complete lack of accountability and refusal to respond to legitimate concerns is deeply frustrating. Mistakes happen, but a company’s response to those mistakes is what defines its integrity—and Medica Depot has failed in this regard.
I cannot recommend this company and would advise others to be cautious when considering purchasing from them. If an issue arises, do not expect timely or honest customer service.

Medica Depot. Generally favorable. this time shipping issues
Communication regarding splitting the shipment into two packages was poor. This led to some extra confusion and stress regarding the arrival.
FedEx also didn't deliver the first time and I'm not sure if that is because they came too early or 'wrong address'. But they were less than satisfactory

My experience with Medico Depot has been has been relatively good …
My experience with Medico Depot for that most part has been positive. My most recent order arrived relatively quick. There were times where the wait was too long. I don’t think they offer enough specials for those who have smaller practices and are not in position to order in such large bulk to benefit from lower prices. I do find it frustrating that one cannot order everything under one roof for injectors like myself. For example they do not have neither topical nor injectable lidocaine very important items for injectors. Medico Depot should realize that not carrying numbing products might send injectors to a seller who carries both the injectable products in addition to the lidocaine.
