Looking for right part.
I have partial information on part number needed for the Ormesa gait trainer. After several email exchange, I have a better understanding of the functions of different parts. It took sometime but eventually the appropriate part number was identified and function explained.
The price was different more than I first imagined. The package arrived in a timely manner.

Took a week to ship a transfer board
Took a week to ship a transfer board. I asked about over night was told it would be $70.00 shipping. Should not have been more than 25.00. Customer service person was very nice. When something medical is ordered it is usually because it is needed fast. Not to be shipped a week later plus a few days in transit. The board is good quality.
