I would recommend this company in a heart beat and will continue to order my equipment here. Customer service was very nice and helped me complete order and even got my chair shipped sooner then it was scheduled once I mentioned I was wanting this to be a Christmas give to my son.

An Absolutely Excellent Product!
We are so incredibly impressed with our Smirthwaite Corner Sitter with Table! It is almost as if it was custom designed for our granddaughter, she has stage 4 cerebral palsy and this sitter actually allows her to sit up unrestrained! We love the large size of the table, which will accommodate almost any toy she has, and the numerous adjustments available on the seat make it the perfect size for her! The construction quality of the sitter and the table exceeds expectations and it will last her for many years. I was especially impressed when I opened the delivery box and the sitter was fully assembled, thank you!!
Specific things that made the Smirthwaite Sitter superior to others I researched are:
The adjustable pommel between the legs. This keeps her legs from crossing and stops her from arching. It also restrains her so no support strap is needed.
The adjustable headrest. Most of the sitters I researched did not have this, but our granddaughter can not hold up her head, so this was essential for a sitter for her. The height adjustment will allow her to grow with this sitter for many years.
The adjustable full supportive side panels. Because these panels wedge her into a corner sitting position and support her shoulders, she is able to move and use her arms for the first time!
I would love to include a picture of her with her happy smile when she got to experience her sitter for the first time, well done! An absolutely excellent product!!
