Don’t take the order
Order placed 23rd May, not arrived in stated timescale, chased and item had been out of stock. Sent 2days later. Wrong items arrived. Contacted again, requested photos, sent, then need to have items back before refunding. This is 21 days later. Will return.
Will raise dispute through card provider as spent so much time trying to resolve.

Ordering and service is good
Ordering and service is good. Delivery was not as expected. Parcel was left in letterbox at top of drive without signing. The letterbox serves several properties. I was waiting in for the delivery but found parcel at the end of the day.

In stock info wrong and don't reply to comms
Was showing my medication as in stock so ordered from them, everything confirmed. Then get a note saying can't be fulfilled as my local pharmacy doesn't have any in stock - I know that's why I ordered it from an online company! They are continuing to show my medication as in stock and available to order but won't fulfil. I have contacted them several times for an explanation but no response at all. Very poor, don't bother
