I've ordered a fitted sheet by The Linen Consultancy from Debenhams on 21/05/25.

The item was express delivery and when it didn't arrive on time, I emailed Debenhams customer service (Ticket no:#23035955) to cancel it.
They never got back to me and instead a week later I received a used and repacked fitted sheet from the Mediterranean Linens company (I've sent some photos to both companies).
I also asked to schedule a return collection with a full refund, yet no reply.

They don’t send your order and they ignore all messages and emails. Have had to go through PayPal for a refund and so far they’re ignoring that too! Avoid

At least the previous reviewer managed to place an order!!! Website doesn't accept orders at checkout, no one answers the phone if you try to ring live chat is ignored. Don't waste your time!!

Poor quality '400 threadcount' sheet returned as thin and see-through (clearly not 400 thread count). Not only did I pay the return postage cost but they charged me an additional £6.95 to cover the original delivery which was supposed to be 'free'! I'm disgusted. No where on their website does it say that if you return an item we will make you pay for the 'free' delivery. Customer service is rude and unhelpful.
