The vets seem to care but Medivet as a company cares all about profits and little about pets. Prescription mediation cost 10x what you see online. Appointments are rushed. You will always spend 20+minutes waiting for a late appt then rushed out in 2mins and charged £50 for it.

As a charity medivet is one the worst corporates we have had to deal with along with poor standards of care to patients, we as a charity tell all our adopters to never use medivet,
We have had a dog come into our charity’s due to the sudden death of the owner, we were able to get hold of the vaccination records thanks to the kindness of a lovely neighbour as they were close to the owner and the dog, we then l then contacted the vets to obtain the veterinary notes for the dog so to help us as a charity to see what treatment the dog had had if neutured extra, and it has been refused, god help any poor animal that has a serious illness and we as a charity’s would have to spend a lot of money finding out what the issue is when the whole time this awful company already hold that information,
Medivet you should be totally ashamed of yourself, l will be taking this matter further,
Animal charity’s are under so much pressure to help so many animals yet you think it’s acceptable to make there jobs even harder, but to be honest l don’t expect much from a money grabbing corporate

Wonderful care from all the staff of both my dog and me. From the welcoming, empathic reception staff, the brilliant, understanding nurses to the knowledgeable, caring vets everything was first class.

Outstanding. Really wonderful care given to our dog Bluebell whilst having her teeth cleaned under a general anaesthetic. Kept us informed and aftercare letter was perfect. Answering any query’s along the way was great too. Highly recommend this vets.

Our two dogs have been very well looked after by this clinic. Vet Amber is just amazing, very knowledgeable and always willing to listen. Receptionist Helena is wonderful and efficient. Nurse Amy is patient, caring and helpful. All in all we are lucky to have this clinic nearby.

We love Vet Emma - she is so good with Winston my miniature Dachshund, gave him a through check up and reassured me about his weight and various other things I was concerned about and always has great tips and practical advice. She is calm , kind and has such a lovely manner. We are very lucky to have this practice so close to us.

Excellent, best vet ive ever been to. Felt herd, understood and like my animal was important to staff. They were understanding that it was an emergency. Caring on the phone and in the appointment. Honestly throughout the appointment thorough. Highly appreciated and recommend.

The team are always welcoming, efficient and caring. Our dog has no hesitation walking in. We are seen on time and health checks are thorough and queries addressed very well. I would recommend this practice for your pet.

Laura was so helpful and caring both to me and bella, she also explained about the procedue for "dental scaling", what it involves and the risks seeing as bella is about 8 years old

Paisley and her team are absolutely fantastic. Professional, clear and empathetic communication and go above and beyond to help. We are so happy that we chose to take our dog to Medivet Matlock

Good service

The staff are all friendly, courteous & caring towards all the animals who visit the practice. They are all very professional and they explain what treatment they are giving.
You can just tell that they really love all of the animals who visit for whatever reason.
I have to admit that I was very wary when Medivet took over from Mr. Loddo, but I have no complaints whatsoever. Our senior pup Tilly has had the best care from all of the staff at Sutton Grange Medivet.

It was yet again another very positive and reassuring experience. Vet was lovely. He handled my excitable miniature schnauzer really well. Bad news about his teeth but not unexpected at his age. Everything else was all good. Excellent advice on my dogs reaction to stressful events. Thank you so much.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Popped in for my boys vaccinations and a health check, was in and out in no time with minimal stress to my dog. He gets more stressed when having his nails cut than going to the vets which is a relief. The lady on reception was lovely, clearly an animal lover which is always appreciated in their job!

A newly refurbished interior has made another treatment room for a lovely team of Vets.
I have been with this practice over 45 years and can highly recommend them!!
