I had dental implants put in in Izmir in 2021. Now, three years later my teeth look terrible. Full upper jaw implants and lower zirconium crowns. I have made numerous attempts to contact Medlife and make a claim under their “lifetime guarantee- that doesn’t exist” and they read my messages and ghost me. I have made contact with them by enquiring as a new patient but when they realise it’s me AGAIN they won’t reply. I am in crippling pain because the teeth are so badly worn that drinking anything cold send a shock through my body. I eventually made contact with my dentist in Izmir to see if they would activate the lifetime guarantee. They said the teeth are not in good shape because I have the much cheaper product “porcelain” 😡 I explained that I paid for zirconium and it says zirconium on all of my paperwork. Nope….Medlife told me I was getting zirconium . Medlife charged me for Zirconium. Medlife gave me a receipt for Zirconium. Medlife ordered and paid for porcelain. Again, i enquire as a new patient and I get a message within minutes. The dentist also informed me they don’t work with Medlife anymore because they have done this before. Medlife have now come back to me and said to take it up with the dentist as they did my treatment. This company is a complete con and if you look at trust pilot you’ll see I’m not the first. Such a dishonest firm and not one that has its patients best interests at heart.

My experience with Medlife has been a great one from start to finish ,I travelled as a female lady on my own but felt safe and looked after the whole time , the Hotel Atlas where I stayed both visits was fantastic especially the kind staff and the communication with Onur and Gizem was fantastic. Always picking me up on time, and being kind and helpful.
During my two visits I had implants and crowns, three different dentists worked on my teeth and they all did an amazing job explaining step by step what they were doing , the Dentists and assistants were so professional,
Izmir itself is a really great place with lovely resteraunts and shops to see , as a single female I felt totally safe to explore on my own in the free time I had
Overall my experience with Medlife was a fantastic one and I would highly recommend

my expirience with this group is horrible… i know most of the time they delete my comment as they think that i was not there but this expirience is from back in may, they were rude from the begining, from the writing to everything else

I recently had my teeth removed at medlife I was looked after from start to finish every one was so friendly. I would tell anyone who is thinking about having a perfect smile to definitely use midlife I am looking forward to my return in January, thank you medlife,

I went to İzmir for a hair transplant 12 days ago with Medlife. My operation was performed in Alfa Tıp Merkezi clinic in a single day, 4500 grafts. So far, everything has been going great. No complications at all, no pain either (Even though I've heard this is common complication, and they even gave me painkillers, which I haven't used). The wounds healed nicely, and I'm feeling great. The "buzzcut" I have right now already looks better than what I had before. The experience overall was pleasant, and I had help where I needed it. I paid a little more, to get a better hotel (Atlas) than they initially offered me, and that Hotel was very nice as well. The graft placement looks almost natural, there's very little "rows" noticable, and they don't appear horizontally like in many not so good examples, but rather diagonally, which makes the artificial pattern much less noticable, and I expect it to be not noticable at all, when the hair grows longer. They made the hairline extra carefully. Even though the clinic staff had some trouble with English, I had my help from the Medlife, who translated everything as needed, so that's fine. Special thanks to Gizemnur, who has been advising and guiding me through the whole process. Can't wait to see my progress in the next 6 months. Overall I think I had great service for the amount of money I paid.

I had three visits to MedLife Group in Izmir for dental treatment, coming from Romania specifically for this clinic. At first glance, the team looks very professional and in the lower part of the mouth, the implants and the dental work were done without problems, to care thank you.
However, at the top I had major problems. Three implants fell out, meaning he has to wait at least three months to come back and fix it, with some bone grafting required, but no guarantee it will work. this has created a lot of discomfort and uncertainty for me in what follows this ending.
Overall, while I am happy with the work on the bottom and the professional approach of the staff, the problems encountered on the top and the extra time required disappointed me. Because of this, I can't give more than three stars at the moment.
The hotel was wonderful, a cozy room and a nice bathroom, thank you for the choice made.

Very scared to have my sleeve operation the staff were so lovely made me feel so much calmer best experience now I’m living a different life 🥰 thank you ☺️

Had treatment in July 2023 and the whole experience was amazing from start to finish.
The medlife group team are very professional, friendly and caring.
The aftercare support is exceptional, even a year later I am asked regularly if I'm ok. Couldn't recommend enough. Amazing 😍.

Was sceptical at first as ubhear loads of stories but from 1st contact was very reassuring .I've just returned from my 1st visit an the service was 1st class I had upper jaw 5 implants and sinus lift .with no pain bottom jaw 7 teeth removed an 6 implants fitted clinic staff were lovely and accommodating an very clean an professional.all transfer to an from clinic an to an from airport ,hotel was lovely an clean .all spoke perfect English an guided me throughthe process .would highly recommend medlife group .an special thanks to gizem who I dealt with every day .going back in January to have my final teeth screwed in after implants an gums have healed

Just done my first trip and I can’t fault anything from the moment we landed we was taken care any questions were answered professionally, within 5 mins arriving at dentist I knew I was at the right place, big shoutout too Gizem who picked us up dropped us off explaining everything that’s going on to me txting what drink I had bought in shop if it was ok for me to drink because I thought it was sour milk lol, and obviously the lady who done all the work she’s unbelievable asking me all the time if I felt any pain, I ain’t lying when I say I felt no pain whatsoever can’t wait for 5 months to get my perfect smile again, thanks to everyone who helped me.5 star service I’ll update with a photo when they’re done

It has been 2 years since I had a full mouth restoration and ive had no problems at all. They're all still looking great and have required no aftercare.

Terrible.
They have given me the wonkiest boobs I have ever seen and won’t own up to their bad job. I can’t get hold of anybody and they’re not willing to help at all.

Completely ignoring me after basically saying they’ve done their job and it’s not their problem.

I addressed the problem very soon after operation and they said if I was still unhappy with a results ima year they would help BUT a year later I have asked for help and they said not their problem

Very happy with my hair transplant so far, it's only been a week, but the scabs have healed well and looking forward to the results. The hotel was great along with the taxi transfers etc. The hospital was clean and bright, I felt in good hands with the guys doing the transplant. Only thing which could have been communicated clearer was the aftercare products cost which was another £350 which I had to withdraw in Turkey. I was made aware that the hospital wanted payment in cash via the invoice on the email however I missed this and was charged another £300 for a card payment. Fortunately I'm in a position that I had the money however it was an extra unexpected £650. Zeynep from aftercare was superb and really helped me what products and when I needed to use them. All in all I would recommend medcare. Thanks Team.

Transfers were on time, hotel was ok/ clean but didnt really provide the comfort needed to help with the recovery, Transfers to and from the clinics were great and the drivers couldn't do enough for you really good, clinic and staff was brilliant

I have recently returned from Izmir having now completed by treatment for 24 Zirconium Crowns. I am delighted with the end results and cannot thank Medlife Group enough for their professional service. Special shout out to Onur and Gizem who looked after me throughout my trip and to Zeynep for regularly keeping in contact with me when I returned back to the UK to ensure everything was ok...and of course all of the team at the clinic. I’m very happy with the results in fact, I’m over the moon.
The process is a little complicated and drawn out due to the fact you have to fly to Turkey but the staff are very nice and accommodating and always there to answer any questions that you have.
I would absolutely recommend to a friend.
