Amazing I had the dates quickly as requested and communication throughout was non stop. Procedure done and aftercare via WhatsApp is perfect if you are concerned or just want to check in with the surgeon. The results of my tummy tuck are brilliant and at only 8 weeks I am thrilled with the results. Thankyou medlife 😬

I have very mixed feelings about my hair transplant. There was a significant language barrier upon arrival. Most of the staff did not speak English, and I wasn't introduced to anyone or informed about their roles. My consultation was skipped entirely. The only person in the procedure room who spoke English was not a medical employee (at least, as far as I could tell), which left me confused and in a bit of shock.
Initially, I was escorted for a blood test by the employee I had been in contact with beforehand. However, after I paid the agreed-upon fee (in cash, strangely), he disappeared. He had promised me a receipt for the payment for my company, which covered my procedure, but I never received it.
In the procedure room, there were about five people at one point, but only one of them spoke English. They were more focused on speaking with each other than with me, the patient. I felt like an unwanted guest. One person wore a nurse's outfit, and another seemed to have changed clothes there. They were all quite young. I considered leaving, but since I had already paid and traveled a long way, I convinced myself to stay.
The only positive part was when they noticed my low blood pressure and one of them brought me something to eat. The procedure itself was mainly done by three nurses (I think), while the doctor (I think) only came in to draw the hairline and do the root canal punctures. It was a scary experience because I was expecting professional communication through out the procedure, what was happening or why, which never happened.
After the nine-hour procedure, I waited for my transfer back to the hotel. I was driven by what seemed to be another friend or employee, with three of the nurses who had done the procedure and the driver's girlfriend (I assumed) sitting on the back seat. I wanted to laugh, but the fear of causing bleeding stopped me.
On the day of washing and cleaning, I was accompanied by a new staff member who spoke some English. He gave me some medicine and products and tried to explain how to use them. I was overwhelmed and couldn't understand or remember everything, so I decided that I can easily Google the information later. He mentioned an "extra set for 70 euros cash," which I declined, thinking I could order the same products online if needed. However, during the car ride back, he insisted I needed to pay 70 euros in cash. I was irritated because I don't carry cash in a foreign country, and no one had informed me about this extra charge. I agreed to take the products and said they could send me a receipt, which I would pay by transfer. I gave them my number and took theirs to keep in contact about the payment.
Days later, they sent me a receipt for 250 euros, which I refused to pay, stating that it was not agreed upon. They said it was a mistake. Then, I was contacted by another employee via WhatsApp, who said she was my aftercare consultant. I was relieved because I had many questions by then, and she answered all of them. She asked me to leave a review, but I refused until I received the promised receipt for the cash payment. She promised to sort it out and did, then asked again for the review, stating she wouldn't get paid otherwise.
Now, I feel that writing this review is more important to them than my actual aftercare. Nevertheless, I'm sharing my experience and feelings about the whole process. Take from it what you will. I just hope the end result will be worth it.

Travelled to Izmir with Medlife for a gastric sleeve, service was amazing, surgeon was so lovely and the aftercare is spot on, you can ask any questions at any time of day, would definitely use them in the future.

Selim (first contact), Gizem (a very lovely lady who ferried me from my hotel to the surgery and back again everyday and continued to contact me after I got back to the UK) and Zeynep (another lady, who is still regularly contacting me to make sure I am still in good recovery, which I am. They have made my experience with midlife a very positive one. The prices are good. The surgery is clean, the personnel are friendly, the dental surgeon (female) gentle and empathetic. I had hair transplant surgery on the June 24th 2024. It was great to meet so emphatic and helpful doctors who made their work with response and heart. All went well and after surgery they gave many advices and tips to have best results. Hotel where I stood was brand new and transport was organized.

My husband had his final Medlife qtreatment on his teeth done and couldn't be happier. The treatment was without pain. Staff were all there to help. Even when a root canal had to be done without any pain. Driver and transfer were extremely nice as were the staff at 5star Hotel we were at. Extremely helpful and careing. I am very pleased with my first visit to the clinic, they explained everything what was wrong with my theet, made 5 extractions + periodonatal treatment + antibiotics for some infections, I had no pain after the extractions, no pain during the extractions.

Wow- I am learning to smile again thanks to Medlife. After my return visit I have now completed my successful treatment-full mouth implants that look and feel amazing. My only regret is that I hadn't done it sooner. The full Medlife Team have been brilliant and would not hesitate to 'reccomend them.

I chose MedLife because I found it to be the best clinic for me. And yes.. It was the right choice. I had a package that included transport, hotel, the operations themselves, plus all the treatment after the operation and, last but not least, all the attention. On the day of the operation, I received observation every 15 minutes, special attention from the assistants and Mr. Dr. Suleiman, I can say that he is the most positive doctor I have met, the pain lasted only 1 day, which was not a proper pain - he said, more pressure which is normal, a week after the operation I want to say that I already feel normal in everything, I can resume work and certain normal activities, after I got home from Izmir, I was contacted by the people from MedLife and we are still in touch to make sure everything is fine. Great for me. Izmir is special, of course now I want to convey my real experience to everyone and I really want those who read this message and want to go to this clinic to be positive because those from MedLife are the best, you can ask any question and you will be answered. I went to Izmir almost two weeks ago to take hair transplant. Everything was planned from Medlife and I didnt need to "do anything" - all the stuff was organised perfectly, transfers were on time, hotel was super clean and nice. The staff were nice and helpful. Aftercare service is answering fast on WhatsApp and giving always some good advice. Im really impressed how they communicate with you! Im recommending them for sure! Hoping to see the results already :)

I had 3 treatments and I am happy with the dental implants, and the liposuction as well as the service provided by the medlife support team.

However- I am 😢 Disappointed with the Breast Augmentation results my nipples are destroyed one is bigger than the other and no follow up consultation to resolve the problem with medlife or the surgeon 👨‍⚕️….. very very frustrating

Hi 👋 there. It's Nasreddine from East London. My journey started on the 15th of May 2024 towards Izmir where I had taken my new treatment plan via Medlife Group, based on Google Research, that comprised as follows:
13 teeth extractions +3 bone crafts + sinus lifting 🫴 + 24 ceramic crowns.
They had started with the top jaw on Friday 17th and followed by the lower jaw on Saturday 18th. Honestly, at the beginning, I was very nervous 😓 and panicking. I was calmed down by Dr Surgeon. It was highly experienced and top professional class lady. I didn't feel any pain and was smoothly process from the start to finish 💯. I couldn't belive it. I kept watching myself from mirror, wondering 🤔 how come my 13 teeth were extracted at ease without any pain. Of course, you would be given antibiotics medication before the surgery procedure.
In terms of transportation from arriving to Izmir towards my accommodation where I stayed 4 nights was at professional standards class. Furthermore, the customer service was Excellent including 👍 the whole team 👏 that led feel at 🏡 home. It was amazing experience for me.
At the moment, I am under heeling process , that will take at least 5 months, to get things back to normal and adaptation to new immune system towards 😀 my eating 🍲 soup and pasta day and night.
So, Guys , if you are considering taking premium package or any dental implants procedure that suits you best 👌, please have quick reviews and Google research, and then decide the best options for you. Personally, I believe that Medlife Group have done great 👌 performance procedure and hopefully sustainable long-term health 🙌 success.
I will return back to them to complete my treatment after finishing my heeling process and hopefully 🙏 everything will be fine.
