Customer service was excellent. Sean was very helpful and explained everything I needed to know about the mattress.

Stacy was very helpful and knowledgeable about the bed that I was interested in and explained all my questions. I also wanted to make sure that the product had a warranty on it will be in use in a very rural area and if anything happens to the bed, I want to make sure that it will be taken care of within a reasonable amount of time.

ORDER ARRived much quicker than expected. We have not opened the box because the bedframe is not expected until later this month.

I was warned not to use an online store for items like this. I should have listened. Staff tried their best and were friendly but in the end they didn’t know the products as well as they sounded and when there was an issue they were dependent on what the manufacturer told them. In the end we’re basically stuck with a mobility scooter that doesn’t fit the hopes we had for it.

I wish they had a + sign after the fifth star because Thom gave me 10 star service. He is out of the Kettering Med Mart. He came and had my chair repaired and running quick as a wink. I am so excited to be able to go back on long drives down the bike path. I would highly, highly recommend Med Mart and Thom any time you need your power chair serviced. I am one very happy customer.

Negative was the phone connection was really bad and made it difficult to hear and was more cognitively exhausting than it needed to be because of that. Since I made a call right after to someone else and the connection was fine I’m assuming the problem was on their side
