Keeps coming up with password error. Tried requesting password reset which doesn't work. Contacted them by email, who supplied a temporary password and that doesn't work either. In another email they said try requesting password reset. Told them it doesn't work. No reply and been trying for 6 months!

Ok to start I went through the process of removing my self from all gambling sites . That little one thing called GAMSTOP ... They kept emailing me offering rewards or free spins . So as stupid or weak as I am I followed the link ... I lost even more money . Stay away from mega real . It is a huge disappointment.

This is a scam don't use this site.... I have won but you can't withdraw your winnings I have emailed them numous of times with no reply....I have uploaded documents for verification they keep coming back unverified it's a complete waste of time...I will report this to the gambling commission if my funds are not with drawn I won't let this go please can a manager contact me asap

This website is the biggest scam of all! if other reviews you’ve read hasn’t convinced you not to play with them let this be the one I’ve played and won just over 1k handed as many documents they asked for and I still not had a reply from them through email they’re so quickly to takes your deposits withdrawal takes weeks if not months they will also will disable your account while you have your winning stuck in there
Is been just over a week since I’ve going back and forth with them through email
(which they only reply’s to once a day if you’re lucky) but nothing been solves they avoiding to pay you your winnings at all cost even if it means they have to reply to your email to drag out the whole process of you complaining.

Deposited £20 and then the site locked me out whilst documents had to be sent over. I have sent the documents over but the site has now blocked me completely and is saying I'm self excluded. I have sent numerous messages about getting my deposit back but have had no contact back at whatsoever! Absolute robdogs! DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!

I wrote a review on the 19 January complaining it took 4 long weeks to get my winnings and that I had won again and they were now asking for more documents sent them over and over again think they have two of everything and I'm still waiting on my money why ? They say it's still pending since the 19 January and that they need yet another copy of my ID 😞 please just let me have my money

They take A2 pound 50 out of your winnings which I think is disgraceful as it's my money and if they ask you to upload oh my god it takes forever my star written for mega real is zero

I keep providing all the documents to be able to withdraw over £200 but they keep rejecting them.
At this point I would say this site is there to just scam people out of money. This site needs to be stoped

They make it hard to withdraw money back from the site. Been trying for about 4 days now! Trying to provide proof of address for a withdrawal is a joke. Everything ive sent so far has been refused! And i wont be sending a copy of my bank statements thankyou very much!! Wish i had read the reviews on here!

Absolutely disgusting robbing website been waiting for my withdrawal for over 2 weeks and after submitting all my documents and emailed them a number of times with absolutely no response from them stay away !

Don’t use this site they will not pay your winnings, they gladly take your deposit, without verification, but won’t pay any winnings out there is no contact number customer service is a disgrace,

Mega reels had £1.179.00 and I gave my evidence, plus the money was deposited from the account I wanted it putting bk into. I email but it isn't contactable, I tried the online one which isn't a resolver either. You cannot contact megareels and they have now taken my money from my account and it HAS NOT gone into my account so where has it gone ? I do not use bonus play so I had no wagering to wait for, they are taking money from people and when they win they cannot get the money. I am surprised that this site is allowed to carry on doing this to people. Please DO NOT USE THIS SITE ITS WONT PAY YOU YOUR WINNINGS.

I dont want to rate this site as I have won money on my gaming and before I can draw it out it has excluded me off my account for no reason at all. 1 star is too much money still unavailable I deposited after being a customer for over a year they took my deposit and closed my account and stated apparently there only temporary accounts so I now have 20 pounds on ther I can't get to and no emails back again after a week stay clear
