Email scam
Hi,
Did you know that your support email address being used to send scam emails? I mean I hope someone else is using your address and it's not you doing the scamming...
I got an email today from the above mentioned address (support at your domain, because I am not allowed to use email addresses in reviews) telling me that my Netflix account is on hold and that I should update my payment method.
Obviously I did not do anything but I am very curious to find out what are you going to do about this.

I ordered a case for my new phone Sony Xperia 10 VI. It's excellent. It protects the phone well, even the screen partially, due to the raised edges. It looks beautiful and it's comfortable for holding (not slippery).

I ordered a phone cover on feb 4
I ordered a phone cover on feb 4. Receoved confirmation and tracking link for shipment via DHL on feb 5. Package have been pending from a warehouse in Hamburg since feb 7. The customer support want to have signed declarations send back in paper form to help find the package. For me it seems like a pure scam. They know exactly how to fight off a chargeback from the creditcard company.
update 27. March
I now got a refund. It seems like they are having a big increase in customers and that they have been struggling to follow up on orders. I hope they will be able to improve their logistic operation to avoid having more disappointment customers.

Waiting for my order more than 2 and a half weeks
I'm waiting on my order for more two weeks. I have paid everything and never received the information about status of the order. I'm giving 3 stars because of the first time when I ordered a laptop bag, and everything went smoothly. At that time I haven't paid for the order before it arrived, a now when I already paid, nobody reached out to inform me what is the status.

Missleading website
I reached out to their customer support (via chat) in order to confirm if the articles I wish to order are available. The support ensured me that they are. Their website indicated that the shipping should be done in a few days, but, unfortunately, I had to wait over 20 days for my shipment to arrive. When confronted by the support staff, they claimed that the website information was not correct, as they are still working on it. To be clear, the information on the website claimed that the product is ready to be shipped and it will arrive in 5-7 days by DExpress. When I asked for a refund, they rejected it and claimed it was not possible since the article was sent from Germany. I never agreed to that, and the customer support offered misinformation. Ordered for my new phone and received nothing. Asked several times whats about the delivery. Always excuses.
Then they did not want to refund. They asked me several times to sign a paper and send them (an oath). By german and austrian law its illegal that a company ask that and hold back a refund.
This company is shady.
