I love the Melaleuca products

I love the Melaleuca products. The cleaners have been a game changer because of the non-toxic ingredients. My son is prone to headaches and the smell of name brand cleaners made him I'll. I had high cholesterol and started taking one of Melaleuca’s supplements to lower cholesterol and reduce the risk of heart disease. My cholesterol numbers dropped significantly and my doctor wanted to know what I was doing. So excited.

The products are fabulous

The products are fabulous! I have been shopping here for over 2 years and love getting better, safer products for my home. Not to mention they are a debt-free American manufacturer so not controlled by others, and my money isn't funding things I don't agree with. It's a win-win!

Far more than what would be needed

I will not be joining in this enterprise. As an elderly retired couple we have no need to buy $80 a month for household products, even if they are environmentally improved: it is not economically possible on my income structure. If we bought this amount it would certainly fill the bill for an entire year, and not the month the 'subscription' calls for. Sorry, but I checked it out and shopped a fair day to be honestly interested and I do not see a lot for anyone in our situation. Good luck catering to entire families with many carefree filthy children or oil worker relations under one roof or in one compound. It's just not for us. We would have to be much more lazy or dirty to take any kind of advantage of this 'offer'. If there was something A WHOLE LOT LESS in the financial obligation department, it would be more attractive.

I have been with the company as a shopper since April 2023. I read the negative reviews and honestly they are not really valid. It's a shopping club. The videos and the website has more information then you could possible need. The complainers just didn't pay attention to what they signed up for and didn't bother to read or watch anything on the website. The company doesn't just take your money. SMH. You are offered great products, they have specials every month, they give you hundreds of dollars in free stuff and an opportunity to make money if you choose. Walmart doesn't do that. Money back guarantees, 450+products, stop at anytime, shipped to your door, less waste, healthier, better for the environment, option to make money, company with American values that is not poisoning you or destroying America. If you want more then it is you that is the problem. Company is just fine.

These guys are crooks

These guys are crooks. They don't give proper information about anything. Took money from me and won't reimburse me.
I was told I would get all my money back and didn't. I canceled my membership and they still took my money out of my account.

Be cautious

The products are decent and yes they are made in America but they are not for the average American. The products are way overpriced compared to their counterparts in the stores. Yes they have less toxic ingredients but why am I paying so much more for less ingredients? They require you to buy every month and an minimum order is no less than $80 to count as your monthly order. I don't need products every month and I am trying to cut costs due to inflation. This company has the earmark of putting you in debt. Not to mention - the people that referred me rarely actually answer questions or if they do, they are short. Quality Products, Made in America

I am only reviewing the product box my husband and i received as we could not handle the business aspect of the company. All the products, without question, were of excellent quality and we loved the fact that they were all made in America. We also shared the values of this company, "truth, freedom of speech, freedom of religion and freedom of the press." We wish them well!

This company seems to be a scam the way they do business! Shemane and Ted promote this company as having good beef but when you call you can not buy beef until you spend money on their expensive cleaning products! New customers beware! Not the way an honest company does business!!

Disappointed in the candle.

I am so disappointed in the candle. Was excited to see it was a soy candle but the smell was not very strong. More disappointing was the way the candle burned - down the middle with so much waste. It did not burn evenly down the jar. For the money it cost, this was extremely disappointing. Will not but another candle!!!

I have been using the product for over…20 years

I have been using their products for over 20 years as a customer. These are high quality products for a reasonnable price (good quality is not cheap). I am 65 year old and most people give me 55 but I feel more like 45. The complete health checkup I had, did confirmed that I have absolutly zero health issue: perfect health all the way thanks to Melaleuca. I did referred a few customers (2-3) but most people wants to buy wholesale (30% discount) without having to order monthly. Reality, they can buy as the want as at Cosco, but it is just more expensive. It is not a MLM as people order directly from the manufacturer with the need for 'distributors', As for referring, it is becoming a common practice to give freebees for doing so. I think their customer service is great and the delivery fast.

Incredible company with Values

Incredible company with Values. I've been a customer for over 2 years. I love their products and love that i can all customer service with any questions. they even have a line to ask about ingredients and sourcing! I have recommmeded them to friends and family and they all love it!! Two have canceled their memberships for a few months (super easy) and come right back with the same member benefits as they had before!!

Great products unethical business practices don’t do business with them

I have been a member for several months and some of the products I actually did like some I didn’t unfortunately where it has now come down to me canceling my membership is because of their unethical business practices. I am very much aware of how the club works I placed an order and marked it October as it was for October And I received an email confirmation of that order now in Melaleuca took it upon themselves to place the second order, and I wouldn’t have known about that unless my mentor told me, they are legally responsible to inform the customer that an order has been placed one. It was not my back up list. It was their back up list two it was just placed today November 1 And I’m trying to get my money back they’re saying oh I’m sorry it was shipped three I don’t even have a shipping confirmation. If you log onto the website, it says the order is still being processed. This is not my first time ordering from them and it takes three days just for a shipping confirmation to come through , this is how bad they want my $200 the issue for me is not the ordering it’s the fact that they don’t see the wrong in their actions of not sending an appropriate email to the customer but they take your money. I am disgusted and disappointed, because as I said, I actually did like some of the products not everything didn’t work for me but I can’t do business with a company who sees no wrong in their actions

If a company makes it this hard to cancel it is a scam. the only way to cancel is FAX or fill out a form and email it. I have already done it 2 times and they still have not canceled. disputing with credit card now.
