Necklace was broken. The other two pieces came in the cheapest mailing pouch and had another jewelry name on the package! What a scam.

Beautiful jewellery. I was approached by Melery London to do a collaboration with them. I did have to pay shipping fee but the jewellery arrived very quickly and the peices I chose are beautiful and very good quality. I have had so many compliments. I can’t fault this company for the quality, design and customer service. I have had a very positive experience with them.

The bracelet and rings are so gorgeous, I do really like every detail about it , so cute !!!

SCAM. I ordered an item from them nearly a month ago. They wrote to me telling me that what I ordered had an upgrade and they were sending me that instead. I never got anything. When I emailed again they sent me an email replying with just a thumbs up. I asked again where my order was and they said it should I be out soon but they don’t know when. I asked for a refund. And they never responded. What a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I have now had to contact my bank to get them involved.
