Melery is the worst company to communicate with. They take ages to respond to your emails, and I never received my products but still had to pay. I asked for a refund, and it has been months. Now I hear from them again saying my package was delivered, even though they previously said it was sent back. I am still waiting for my refund.

This brand is so cute and trustworthy, I received my order so fast with 0 problems at all. The quality of the jewellery is amazing and not only that but the pieces released are beautiful. Definitely check it out !!!

Don’t bother about this MELERY brand. This "brand" messaged me on Tiktok and offers to good to be true offer like to be their ambassador. They offer 100% discount of jewelries, and just pay for the shipping. Obviously I paid the shipping. It seems like I the items were shipped but the tracking info was abnormal. So definitely it is a scam. This "brand" goes around scamming people on Tiktok and Instagram. They said it has been shipped, and I inquired about it. They said they shipped it but when it arrived in the UK, tracking info says wrong address. Seems like the items did not really arrive in the UK. They just manipulated and made up a fake website to track item information. I should have known better to be honest! Don’t get scammed!

Got my jewelry and it was better than I expected! Quality pieces, that are just stunning. Customer service was kind and courteous, and fast at responding. Will definitely be ordering more pieces.

This brand reached out to me on tiktok (hickbitch2001) trying to ‘recruit’ me to be one of their ambassadors for their brand. Was already a 🚩 because they reached out to me on my second, much less popular account. Anyway, when I enquired what that would entail, they did the classic ‘all you need to do is pay for the shipping’ type ish. LOLLL. When I told them I wouldn’t be comfortable with that (because I’ve worked with brands before, it’s not legitimate practice), they send me numerous laughing emojis and blocked me (only to unblock me later to try to continue the scam). LMAOOO 🤣. I’d say you have to respect the hustle, but it’s exploitation from start to finish with their products (if you ever receive them– girls are definitely lying in their reviews about this brand).

I expect they’ll probably close down their website when more people start catching on, but if you’re looking at this review as a consumer (or potential ‘ambassador’, lol), look out for the red flags. If it looks too good to be true, it probably is (they told me my discount code would be 90% off, that’s ridiculous). I notice on their ‘official’ tiktok account, melery.official (as they didn’t contact me from it, but asked me to check it out, another 🚩), they turned off their comments. A legitimate brand would NEVER do that. As someone who’s working towards creating my own company, this stuff is obvious to me. I’m also not an impressionable child or new creator (which seem to be who they’re marketing their brand towards), so yeah, take this review as a warning amongst a plethora of fake reviews. Stay safe, be careful with your money and where you shop 🩷.

I bought josephine(earring), bracelet from love set, aubree(ring) and milena(necklace) (these are the name of the products). All of them are soooo gorgeous and glistening. Especially josephine and milena are my type because they have marbling stone in it and that mabling is wonderful!
