Great product, much better quality than I was expecting tbh. There was a cutting issue with one of the pieces and customer service sent out a whole new unit, rather than the individual piece due to them not stocking individual pieces. Above and beyond.

Amazing furniture and even better customer service.

I received an email from Melody Maison confirming my delivery, I wasn’t going to be home so I corresponded my concerns. Angela Oldfield handled the situation so great, she reassured me she would pass instructions to the delivery team, she put all my worries to rest.

She even requested the delivery team take my 5 piece furniture set up to my door on the second floor so it was easily accessible for me. The delivery team did just that! It was a breeze.

The furniture itself is insanely good quality for a steal of the price. I am so happy with it!

Shocking customer service!!!!!

I brought two bedside tables in May. One of the tops of the tables all the paint is coming off. The other table is fine.

I have emailed customer service three times in the past two weeks. No response nothing!!!! I feel like I’m being ghosted. Shocking me bad service.

They will take your money, but if there’s an issue, there’s nowhere to go as I said three emails two weeks nothing.

Shame on you for treating customers like this

Great bedside tables

The tables I ordered are exquisite- exactly the French shabby chic look I was going for. Well packaged for transit of tables which arrived undamaged. So glad I chose these. I have purchased a good few items from this company now including 2 full size mirrors which were delivered promptly and well packaged up. Would recommend this company no problem.
