My order came quickly. It was as described. All good. However, the space I had hoped to have the mirror was too small. I called the customer services and was given a slot for a DPD collection the next day. All very polite, smooth no problem with refund.

I will go back to the website to find a smaller mirror.

I ordered a very cute toilet sign which arrived quickly. There was a slight problem with the sign and so I spoke to Melody Mason and the young lady I spoke with was so nice and gave me a couple of options and I requested for a new sign. This was posted and I received it the following day. I could actually speak to a person which is very rare in this day and age with incredible service. I would definitely recommend this amazing company. Well done to the Melody Mason team.

Very good experience all round from very good website, range of products and price. I bought several items of furniture for a guest bedroom. Although flat pack, don’t let that put you off. The system is really easy to use and once you know how it works, pretty quick to do. I did most of the construction on my own, only needed help with the wardrobe. The furniture is well made and very sturdy - very good quality for the price. The fact that you have to build it yourself I guess keeps the price down. It’s quality, looks great and I am extremely pleased. Customer services also very good - helpful, friendly and did what was requested. I wanted to delay a delivery as I was on holiday and that was not problem. All built now and couldn’t be happier. Just need the guests now to admire the finished product! Would definitely recommend.

I purchased the Pair of 3 Drawer Bedside Tables – Hales White Range last August for my spare room, so they have had very little use.

By April this year, while cleaning around the edges, I noticed small chips appearing in the veneer. It seems the bonding of the veneer is breaking down, which is something I would not expect to happen in less than a year.

I contacted customer services, not because I wanted to return the furniture, but because I wanted to understand why the veneer was deteriorating so quickly. The only response I received was that the items were outside the returns policy period, which completely missed the point of my enquiry.

For comparison, I have an IKEA dressing table in the same room, exposed to exactly the same conditions, and it has not shown any signs of deterioration.

Based on my experience, Melody Maison appears to think this level of durability is acceptable. If you're happy replacing your furniture every six months, these may be suitable. Otherwise, I would avoid them due to the poor quality and disappointing customer service.

I purchased the Gold Foil Mirror which I was very pleased with. Ordered 2 by accident and if I had the space would have kept both. Melody Maison customer service were very helpful with the return sevice, at no cost. Great product, exceptional customer service. Thank you team Melody Maison.

Ordered a console table. A damaged one was delivered. Asked for replacement. Another damaged one was delivered. Had to ask for refund. Will never order anything again from this lesser known supplier. Better to go to high street suppliers like John Lewis, Next etc
