Excellent service and products
This was my first purchase with Melody Maison. Lovely large wall mirror and plant pot ordered. Website was easy to use and ordering straight forward. I was kept up to date with delivery times etc. I can’t fault them!

pink reeded glass cabinet
The first pink reeded glass cabinet was badly damaged. It was replaced within 2-days, but unfortunately the glass was broken due to poor packaging.
The third cabinet was delivered within 2-days well packaged and is perfect.
The glass panels are only held in place with clips so they rattle and are loose & the magnets are too strong. My handyman has fixed the glass panels securely in place with mastic silicone making it safe to open the doors.
It is a pretty cabinet perfect for my bathroom and a good price, so all in all I am pleased with it.
Melody Maison were very supportive on the phone with good communication and customer service.

Substandard products
Although the product (bathroom wall cabinet) itself was nice it came with no fixings and as it was to be attached to a wall this was not therefore suitable for use
We also bought a mirror which had come out of the fixings , whilst not damaged it took considerable time to prise the the remaining fixings out and re-centre

I ordered a small black wood set of shelves from Melody Maison because they looked good and they were in the sale for £24.95.
Overall Melody Maison has a great selection of merchandise which is to my taste.
I received my shelves very quickly by Royal Mail and they were extremely easy to put together. I am extremely happy with my experience

Excellent products at excellent prices
Easy to navigate website displaying great products. Very easy to order and secure payment facility.
Given approximate delivery at time of ordering then two hour slot on specific date.
Courier was very friendly and helpful.
The packaging was fantastic. Each item of furniture was wrapped in padded fabric paper and then varying thicknesses of polystyrene sheets. Each corner had a plastic shield. This all was contained in very sturdy cardboard boxes. Excellent.

I did a lot of looking on the internet for some bedroom furniture and came across melody maison the prices were more than competitive and quality also looked on point so ordered online at midday and completely blown away they arrived next morning at 11am and the quality is amazing they were a little smaller than expected so I looked again and saw the ideal size online so I rang customer service and actually spoke to a human I explained the situation so they sent the two new items out and the delivery driver dropped off next day and took the two units back so I can highly recommend this company 🫡🏴

Quality doesn't reflect the price
Purchased the 3 piece oslo dark wood furniture set. Really nice visually but quality really isn't the best. I wouldn't have paid over £500 for this if I first saw it in a shop. Drawers don't pull out very far and the bases inside them all are very thin and flimsy. Also not very smooth to open and close - pretty lightweight.

Great quality.
I bought a bench and side table in the sale. They arrived swiftly, well packaged and I put both together in less than an hour on my own.
It was great to receive the little spanner to do that with, no searching for appropriate tools. Good quality and just what I had been looking for.
