This was my first experience of ordering Korean Skincare online, and I was dubious. However, I needn't have been, I cannot recommend Melon & Starfish enough. There customer services were excellent and very helpful/knowledgeable. The lady I e-mailed gave me some great advice and helped me to put together a simple skincare routine for my very awkward skin. She also kindly offered to send me some samples for me to try, I got loads of them with my order, which was brilliant. On top of that delivery was prompt and I received everything I ordered and nothing was damaged, it was all very well packed. I trust Melon and Starfish, and will continue ordering from them knowing that their products are 100% authentic. They also have a great selection to. Order from them, you will not be disappointed, they seem to really care about their customers and products. Thank you Melon and Starfish.

I was struggling with placing an order as it's difficult to get really good Asian cosmetics without being scammed nowadays. I found the shop by an accident and decided to give it a try. And I'm so glad I did it!

The prices are reasonable for me, I've placed an order in the evening on weekend and on Friday morning a courier handed me a package already! The delivery was really fast and the packaging was safe. The package also included free samples which is great as I can check them and be sure if I want to buy a full size or not. So I can totally recommend the shop!

I'm definitely coming back for more. I hope they will expand their offer to some another Asian brands if possible :)
