Posting this as this experience has… BEEN APPALLING

Posting this as this experience has caused a lot of grief for my sister. Unfortunately there is no option to leave zero stars.

My sister bought a Citroen C3 car here in November 2023. Upon test driving the car, the tyre pressure light came on and the sales representative offered to show her how to turn it off. She asked that the issue be resolved if she was to purchase the car. Our parents accompanied her to view the car that evening and when our mother asked about the previous owners of the car, they were told that the car was owned by an elderly couple who were upgrading due to needing more space for their grandchildren. The sales representative also claimed to know this couple personally. They also enquired about the relatively high mileage of 68000km and was told that it was average. After returning several times due to the tyre pressure light constantly coming on (and being checked by a tyre specialist, who assured her there was no issue with the tyres), this continues to be a problem. After driving home one evening from work in January 2025, she was shocked to find the engine light on. She rang the garage and was told to contact Citroen as it was apparently still under Citroen’s warranty until the end of January 2025. In the last few months, she has had to pay for the car to be put on a diagnostic machine twice, had to replace the wet belt, and now must replace the catalytic convertor. Once this latest issue has been resolved, she will have spent a total of over €3,000 this year alone on repairing a car that was under two years old when she purchased it. She has recently discovered that instead of the car being owned by the elderly couple, it was actually a rental car, which had she known at the time of purchase, she would have not bought the car as these issues may have been foreseen. We would not recommend that anyone buy from or have any dealings with this garage going forward as their aftersales service leaves a lot to be desired and they will not hesitate to misinform you if it means that they will make a sale. However, we are aware that this particular sales representative is no longer working at this establishment and the principal dealer will not take any responsibility for the issues that have occurred as a result of this purchase.

Appalling experience in a visit to buy a new car

This garage gave us the most appalling experience today in what should have been an exciting time to buy a brand new car.
On arrival we were asked "where did you buy the car you have now and why didn't you go there?" "Are you only here to use us to compare prices and waste our time so you can go back to them to bargain?" The manager whispering to this young lady rep and giving us disdainful looks.
In disbelief we carried on to the test drive to be constantly badgered by the young sales rep asking "why are you not driving this if it is you that will be driving it?" "Are you really serious buyers?" At the end of the test drive she said "before I go in here to waste my time with numbers are you going to buy this today?"
Have you never heard of customer service, open and fair competition, and customer is king?
Well you just lost a "serious" cash buyer and I would not, ever, recommend this garage to anyone.
Ignorant beyond belief!!!!
I'll take my custom elsewhere

Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service. I bought a electric Renault Zoe 192 (2nd hand ) from here 2 years ago. The car broke down recently (it is 6 to 7months out of warranty) , they accepted to have the car towed to them for repair ( they are a Renault Main dealer) . After 10days they have no mechanic to diagnose problem but did manage to come up with a figure of 6,000euro it might cost to repair. They kindly! Offered to keep the car there free of charge, with no time frame of available mechanic .They want me to pay again to have it towed to another Renault garage. We asked to speak with a manager ,but still waiting a week later for a call . So buyer beware of purchasing an electric car from here ,no problem selling but no customer service.
