Ordering from this company has turned out to be a scam. On the surface, the company looks to be legitimate operating and shipping from London, England... however...
I ordered some products on their website for $99. I waited two (2) weeks for a shipping confirmation that never came. I contacted the company and received a response that the product was out of stock. I was asked if I wanted a different product instead. My response was to cancel the order and refund $99 payment. The company stated a refund has been processed and I should receive refund in 20-30 business days.
30 business days have passed and I have not received a refund.
I am now forced to file a dispute with my charge card company over this matter.
Save your time and money, do not order from Mengotti Couture.
Update: I received $99 credit as requested on 09/20/2024.

I ordered two colognes from their website nearly 7 weeks ago. They indicated they had them in stock and charged me nearly $100 US. After nearly 3 weeks, they informed me that the colognes ordered are no longer available and if I wanted another item.
I requested a refund instead, and ever since I have been given the runaround and promised a refund next week, which I am still waiting to arrive.

Update: they have finally refunded the ghost item which still shows as instock.

I have communicated with mengotti team for more than 6 month now.
As other reviewers has ekspirienced my ordered product was not in stock, but it has been impossible for me to get my refund. I have been filled with lies and bad ekscuses.
My advice: do never order from Mengotti

Ordered in March. Never got item. Now says backorderd and pending refund. That was in June and still nothing. Unacceptable business practice. People need answers on when they will get their money back. Not just a "we care about customer reply". Order #208875 tell me when I will get my refund.

This company have a business model to take your order and money. Then tell you the merch is out of stock and never give you any refund. I asked why the merch i ordered still is listed as available even though its not. But got no answer. Stay away from this company. Why don`t you remove this product from your shop after telling me its out of stock. Clearly you hope i forget about the refund but i`m not. Give me my money back!!

Sadly, my favourite Armani shampoo is no longer produced. Early in February 2024 I discovered that Mengotti Couture had some in stock, so I ordered a case. One bottle was delivered immediately. The others were backordered. Then the bad news ... due to lack of supply they could not supply the remaining bottles I had paid for. They were kind and apologetic, and so sorry to not be able to fulfil the order. Initially, I was worried that I would not receive a refund for the missing bottles, but Mengotti processed my several hundred dollar refund, and kept me informed with a series of charming emails. A few weeks ago the refunded purchase was credited to my account. Thanks Mengotti!

UPDATE: After making this post, the company promptly issued a refund and sent me an email.

Made a purchase nearly a month ago. Was promised the items would ship two weeks ago. Asked for a refund and to cancel the order. They never responded. Filed a credit card dispute. Would not recommend doing business with them.

I placed an order for a perfume on the website. The order was in processing for 3 days till I contacted customer service to check up on it.
The customer service was helpful and responsive. The perfume I wanted was not available in stock ( although the website indicated its availability), so I asked for refund. The process was smooth and I got my money back in two days.

Overall, i would recommend using the website, however I believe it is better to check with customer service for the availability of products before placing ur order as the website inventory seems to be outdated/inaccurate.

I would like to provide update. I finally got refunded after 6 months of requesting refund. These reviews finally reached someone who values customer experience and she processed the refund, thanks.

I bought a perfume. After waiting more than a month for it, I contacted them and responded the product was not available. Requested refund, which they promised to do more than 5 times. Each time I contacted them, they responded the same thing; that the product is not available and they could refund me. It has been a vicious cycle with my contacting and trying to get refunded several times.

Also, they show address in the UK but it seems they are running business from Lebanon.

In summary, if you do not want to waste your money, go somewhere else

The items arrived in time, however, I had to pay customs at the DHL airport facilities which was not expected. After I explained the situation to the Mengotti representative, she apologised and kindly offered to refund me all the custom duties and DHL fees which I did receive yesterday. I found this behaviour to be very human and very professional from her and It shows that the company cares about their customers. I had a pleasant experience buying from Mengotti Couture, although, one of the 4 fragrances seemed expired compared with another one identical to it but the other two were good. Overall I recommend buying from them.

Still getting the runaround stating my refund is on the way, however now nobody is responding to my emails or correspondence through WhatsApp. This is truly a pathetic experience of trying to rightfully get my refund from June 2023. I have all my email threads to prove it. Mike Timis is the person I last spoke with but he has ghosted me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE.
