Couldn’t care less about after sales service!
I bought an Approved Used vehicle from the Brighton dealership (which was superb) but as Southampton is closer to home I’ve tried for over two months to arrange a 3 year service plan but absolutely no contact from the branch and no response to emails whatsoever.

Guess I won’t be trusting my vehicle to Mercedes-Benz of Southampton after all.

Not really what you expect from the brand is it?

I was very disappointed and shocked by my experience today.

I have always come here for my car servicing, repairs, and purchases, and in the past I’ve consistently been well looked after. My car has always been properly serviced, and I’ve usually been provided with a courtesy car.

However, today felt completely different. It seemed as though my presence was not welcomed, and I was simply told “no, sorry” when I asked about a courtesy car, with no further explanation. This was very disappointing compared to the level of service I’ve received before.

I was in the garage on a random afternoon and I was helped by Cameron Howlett who answered all of my questions and showed me around the vehicles I asked. Never pushy and a genuinely nice experience

Went to purchase a car yesterday was given the price which was the same as we'd seen on the Internet. Went back today for a test drive, price the same as yesterday and still on Internet same price. When coming to pay the sales rep's boss comes out and says that's the wrong price, at NO TIME has the car been that price,it's another £250. LIAR!!!!!!! STILL ON HEYCAR FOR THE PRICE WE WERE TOLD. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM SCHEMING FAT CATS.

Wanted to get a heater blower motor replaced as told by a Mercedes service garage that this was the issue - told that I had to have it diognosed. Car ent in at 8.30am, I had to call them to find out what was happening at 2.15pm to be told it’s on the ramp. Went to collect at 4pm to be told it’s still on the ramp. An hour later advised the issue was what I already knew - they did a video health check which I didn’t want - charged £199 for all this and car still not fixed. I phoned the same day to ask when they could do the work required - 6 days later still waiting for a call. Absolute crap service and advise everyone not to use them

These guys gave me back my 2 year old C200 3 times with a petrol fuel leak on the engine

I reported this leak & a terrible petrol smell to them & 3 times they gave the car back saying they couldnt find a leak.

In frustation I took the car to another Merc dealer who found the leak in 10 minutes - my wife had been driving the car around for 3 weeks with my 3 children with petrol leaking onto the engine because these cowboys are incompetent - i dont want to think about the concequences if the car had caught fire going down the motorway....
