The gloves were dispatched really quickly, and the price was really competitive.

The unit cost of the items I purchased increased by £10 each from the advertised price at the time of checkout. Customer Service gave me some vague explanation about my having used some out-of-date link for the product, which was incorrect as the product was searched for, and purchased directly from within your online store.

I bought a topeak super chain tool that was on offer. I was very chuffed when I found it at an amazingly low price in comparison to the full price.

This is my 3rd bike from Merlin cycles,
Years ago (more than 20) I bought two hardtail MTB's which I was very happy with, I am just as happy with the Merlin Malt G2 Claris Gravel Bike which is a great price for a bike of that quality, you are very much my 'go to' supplier for all things bicycle. when my fitness improves I may consider building an aero 'bolt on' package in carbon/kevlar bi axial weave as I have some composites experience. Thank you for the great service.

Used Merlin Cycles a few times now. The orders always arrive quickly, the prices are fair, and there is never any hassle. A reliable retailer.

Purchased an Abus Airbreaker 2.0 from Merlin. There were some issues with the helmet lacquer and paint overspray. Looked awful.

Once I contacted Merlin they were happy for me to return for a refund. This is where the issues started. They can only pay for the return if you can print your own label. No detail of this on their returns policy. I don't have a printer and neither do many many people! I asked for an alternative and the response was ask your friends or family. When I went back for another solution, it's now been 7 days without a reply.

So I paid for postage myself costing £15. Time to modernise Merlin. I'm now out of pocket on a faulty product. Not good enough.

They always deliver

Brought a pair of Shimano cranks for emtb, they sent two right side cranks instead of right and left, I didn't realise as I'm trying to put the second crank on and it stripped it after realising what was wrong I told them and asked for a left crank to be sent, they asked for photo verification and I supplied as requested and told them of the damage due to not realising as they were separately bubble wrapped in the same box, they wouldn't send out a replacement unless I returned both but as I had been eagerly waiting for these to arrive because I need the bike for transport for work and really only needed a right crank to begin with just thought I would upgrade same time that I would not send them both back as I was gonna use them, they wouldn't send a replacement (genuinely don't understand why they would ask for photo proof if they weren't considering it anyway) now forced to use 2 right peddles that don't match and will either have to pay for a left crank to be a able to use the pedals or purchase 2sets of pedals to correct, disappointing as I made a few purchases over the past few months with them. (Still open to a replacement and I will edit the post accordingly)
