They always deliver

Brought a pair of Shimano cranks for emtb, they sent two right side cranks instead of right and left, I didn't realise as I'm trying to put the second crank on and it stripped it after realising what was wrong I told them and asked for a left crank to be sent, they asked for photo verification and I supplied as requested and told them of the damage due to not realising as they were separately bubble wrapped in the same box, they wouldn't send out a replacement unless I returned both but as I had been eagerly waiting for these to arrive because I need the bike for transport for work and really only needed a right crank to begin with just thought I would upgrade same time that I would not send them both back as I was gonna use them, they wouldn't send a replacement (genuinely don't understand why they would ask for photo proof if they weren't considering it anyway) now forced to use 2 right peddles that don't match and will either have to pay for a left crank to be a able to use the pedals or purchase 2sets of pedals to correct, disappointing as I made a few purchases over the past few months with them. (Still open to a replacement and I will edit the post accordingly)

This is first time to buy parts in this shop.
Response is very good and quality is also good.

There were no brake cables with the group set and I paid £60 to source these separately. Merlin, despite this being corroborated by an independent mechanic have ignored the facts in several emails and I have had no resolution. They are saying the the order wouldn't have gone out, which implies my mechanic is not telling the truth!

Ordered a part for my son’s full suspension bike he is building. We live in central Alberta, Canada. We received the part in a short timeframe considering the location. Item was as described and now my son is putting finishing touches on his bike. Thank you

1 star reduction for delivery options the free slow delivery for the order value that I believed qualified for free was not available. ( It does have a disclaimer so perhaps it didn’t qualify after all) This resulted in
1 Goods delivered whilst I was away so lying in my front porch for 3 days.
2 Paying for something I didn’t need or want and put product at risk
