Most expensive trainers I have ever bought. Walked regularly through fields and dry mud trails from Spring to Autumn 2025 (UK). They have been very comfortable and supportive. Was thinking about buyin... See more

I placed the order without any problems
I placed the order without any problems, but then the inconveniences began. The delivery was promised in a few days - it took more than a week without any explanation. Contacting customer service is a quest. The product itself is of average quality. With such a service, the desire to buy anything else disappears.
I bought a pair of Merrell Gore-Tex…
I bought a pair of Merrell Gore-Tex running shoe at the usual size I wear. They were too small. Merrell has a know history of inconsistent sizing btw. Customer service would not allow an exchange outside their return window despite the fact that the shoes were still in the box they came in unused. I'm done with this company.
Good shoes, crap delivery
The shoes themselves are 5*, I love them and get miles and miles and miles of use of of them.
The UK shop ships with Evri. Therefore, you'll never get your package and have to wait for it to ship back to Merrell and get a refund. Cannot believe such an excellent company uses such a crappy, cheap "delivery" option. ("Delivery" because does it count if the company never even attempts to deliver?)
You're better off (unfortunately) buying with a different dealer with better shipping, like Amazon or other second party retailers.
Ordered boots 2 months ago
Ordered boots 2 months ago. The first pair didn't arrive for 2 weeks, so I cancelled the order and was refunded. Then I ordered them again, and they took 2 weeks to eventually arrive. They didn't fit properly, so I asked to return them.
Merrell gave me a return QR code for UPS. I returned them and UPS lost the boots, so I created a claim with UPS. Now UPS won't deal with me because Merrell was the company who requested the return, and Merrell can't be contacted at all except for email, which they don't reply to.
To summarise, it's been two months of trying to sort this out. I'm down £135. It looks like I'll never see that money again. For the love of God, avoid this company like the plague.
Walking shoes not fit for purpose
26th March 2025, I bought a pair of Merrell walking shoes from Go Outdoors, expecting quality from a premium brand. Unfortunately, after just one month of regular use, mainly walking the dog, one shoe started leaking towards my toes. I returned to Go Outdoors, only to be told by the manager that they are “not suitable for dog walkers.”
If walking your dog doesn’t count as normal walking shoe use, I’m not sure what does.
For the price I paid, I expected better durability and much better customer service. Very disappointed. I won’t be buying Merrell walking shoes again.
I bought merrell shoes years ago now…
I bought merrell shoes years ago now it’s all very poor quality, I regularly unsubscribe to emails but they still keep sending them, get the message I’m not interested and will never buy again !!
AVOID!!!
No order received. No phone number to contact company. Live chat never ever available. Emails not responded to at all. Absolutely no way to get refund as of yet. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
I have recieved two left shoes twice.
I have recieved two left shoes twice.. the first time the show box had the last person to return the shoes email and phone number.
No refund after 3 months
I ordered and returned 2 pairs of Moab walking boots which together cost £300 almost 3 months ago. The return was acknowledged but no refund has been received. The online chat service is out of action and 3 emails to customer service are unanswered.
ZERO Customer Service and ZERO Quality in Product
9 Working days waiting on a "4Day Reply promise" 2 pairs of Merrell Moab Speed 2 quality failures. 1st pair Gore-Tex missing in left shoe. returned and replaced at Store. 2nd pair literally fell apart, De-Laminating of the detailing around the toe crease on both shoes
Collapse of the inner heal cups on both shoes creating a material crease which causes blisters when walking. Live chat never available, Customer Service cant/wont reply. Merrell did have a reputation for quality products, they are not demonstrating this in the Shoes I had purchased or in their customer service. Think twice before parting with your cash!!
I've been wearing Merrell shoe's for…25 years
I've been wearing Merrell shoe's for the good part of 25 years, the fit is super for me customer service is well the best I've ever had with any issues you might have. The one issue i had was corrected in a timely manner .This was unexpected, they were quick, this tells me they stand by there products, just make sure you get the shoe's suitable for your activities, but if your like me if you got to have them just get them lol just know shoe's are designed for a purpose so get a pair and float and feal good, this is can tell you for certain
Issue fixed quickly
Had an issue with my order - they resolved it quickly. I'm surprised to see the rating is so low for them.
No refund for returned items
No refund for returned items and no response from emails. Chat option disabled on the website so no way to contact. Give me my refund please.
Merrell Dissolving waterproof boots
I bought a pair of aggressive, waterproof hiking boots for my adventures in the Pacific Northwest.
My adventures are in steep, rugged terrain and at times involve fording a steam or standing water in the cascade mountain range, Columbia River Gorge and central Oregon Caldera.
The boots were beautifully designed, very rugged with excellent traction, good protection and very handsome aesthetic.
One boot was found to be a bit uncomfortable for my left foot so after about 5 miles of use, I bought another pair of Timberland boots for rough terrain and moved the merells to my casual use shelf.
A few months later, Still looking like new I embarked on a mushroom picking excursion and gave the merrells another try in less aggressive terrain.
To my disbelief, one of the Merrell boots literally dissolved! The rubber lowers just crumbled leaving a very unhappy, soaking wet foot to trek back 2 miles in the rain.
Mistakes happen, I'm understanding and tolerant so I called them up hoping to give them some R&D knowledge and hopefully get a replacement boot or boots as the other one was like brand new.
Not only did they refuse to offer a replacement, they were plenty rude about their denial.
Too bad MERRELL DISSOLVING Boots will never, EVER adorned my boot rack not my feet because I like their design and rugged appearance. Turns out their a third rate product with HORRIBLE customer service.
I can forgive a product malfunction, things happen, but I CAN'T forgive poor service and product support.
I now keep them handy where I can display their crumbling lower "waterproof" feature.

SCAM AS EXPECTED
As expected, never received order or refund. I thought it might be a scam and was correct! Oh well, I gave it a shot. DON'T YOU!!!!
Order # 118230-437865

Disappointed!
I ordered a pair of Moab 2 to replace a worn out pair that had been amazing. The new pair upon first wear were not so amazing giving me an awful heel blister! They have obviously changed the way they are made but you don’t know this until worn. I did a review on their website but they wouldn’t publish it !, clearly Merrell don’t like a negative review….
They did not replace the same sock with the one I purchased
Mark Hartman
I purchased these socks. They said if they get a hole in them, just bring them back they replace them with the same socks. I’ve done this in past and this time they would not replace them with the same socks.
I ordered women's boots on Sunday and…
I ordered women's boots on Sunday and recieved them Tuesday afternoon.
Today it's minus 16 feels colder.
I went on my morning walk 3 km and my toes felt like they never left the bed. They were so cozy. The boots are easy to walk in. I love them
THIS SITE IS A TOTAL SCAM!!!!
THIS SITE IS A TOTAL SCAM!!!!
I contacted Merrell customer service and they told me their legal department is working to shut this scam down.
