Recently dropped off 2 cars at terminal 5 Heathrow. Upon return we rang them when at baggage reclaim as they requested. After a long haul flight which was also delayed by 4 hours we did not need to wait in the cold for over an hour for our cars to be delivered to the collection point! We would recommend that you call them as soon as your flight lands to ensure a prompt and satisfactory service ! Definitely won’t be using Merry Parking again as they don’t ensure ‘Merry’ customers !
