WHAT A DISSAPOINTMENT
Super dissapointed with this shop but even more -with their approach to customers. The items ordered for gift did not come on time (date promised on the website was not met) and customer service was not helpful at all. They just said if I don't want the items anymore I can only return it at my own expense. That's how you loose clients.

Hi Anja,
You placed an order and we shipped it like we promised the same workingday. We can't help it when PostNL has got a delay. PostNL has got busy day's due to the Holliday's. It's not our policy to pay for the return shipping costs. You've had free shipping already to get the package to your place in Belgium. On our Terms and Conditions you can read that we can't help it when there is a transport stagnation. It's Force Majeure.
When you want to return items, it's always on the costs of the customer. We can't help it when PostNL has delay's. It's sad to see this results into such a bad review. :-(
