Advertised item avaibility times delayed multiple times, assembly damages
Advertised item avaibility times were substantially extended (>1 month). Minor scratches and defects were made during assembly process and shipped as such.

showed as 1599€ and when added to she shopping cart it went up 50€. it's not a big difference but it's not a good experience. I would had bought more equipment that I need for my trip, but will be going to another store for those items.
The person that got back to me gave me a negative answer and was quite rude.
Luckily I saw there was a discount active on the website for Cube bikes and they did apply a discount after the purchase, and the person that got back to me this time was much nicer.

Great service
Thank you very much for fast delivery. The bike were assembled very well and works perfectly. The only complain were a very small seat for 24" MTB bike. but this is probably manufacturer point.

I received the e-bike and some…
I received the e-bike and some accessories perfectly packed and with no damage, all items came what I ordered. Customer care where very helpful. The bike was very easy to assemble and there were also instructions to follow. I will definitely don't think twice to order from MHW again. The only letdown I had was the delivery, it took two whole weeks to receive the package, which is why I didn't rate it 5 stars.
