Louisa contacted me in good time to discuss the annual renewal. Meeting on Teams made the discussion more interactive which left me with confidence that the cover was both suitable and adequate. Louisa was very pleasant, helpful and not pushy. Due to the unique nature of our business (GP Federation) finding MIAB last year was a relief as other brokers I tried weren't able to offer anything suitable.
