TERRIBLE BUSINESS! I ordered 2 items from Mia Belle. They shipped (much) later than the confirmation email stated they would. When they did arrive, one of the packages was torn, but the item looked fine to me so I wasn't worried about it. However, both items were GROSSLY missized. After trying the item on myself and my daughter for less than 30 seconds total, they were placed directly into a box and taped up. I filed a return request and was sent a shipping label. I mailed back the items and waited for them to be returned. I received an email stating they were not able to accept the return because "there was a spot on the sleeve and I didn't check the box stating the item was damaged." They gave me two options, to throw the item away or I can pay (again) to have it shipped back to me. The item was in pristine condition, there was nothing wrong with it. This is predatory, scummy, and all around unethical. Run far away from this scam site. Don't spend a dime here.

I really think a lot of these reviews are fake. They have horrible customer service with equally horrible quality items. I can get the same on Shein for much less. Good luck reaching customer service if you need to; they ignore emails. They also don’t disclose when an item is a pre-order and will surprise you with that one week later with an email. They won’t even respond to my emails giving me a RMA number to return. Now I’m stuck with a cheap quality dress that no one will be wearing.
