You told me it was delivered when it hadn’t. You never told me who was delivering it. I finally figured out it was coming by pony express. So far I don’t see much change. I will use this stuff every day and night and hopefully I will see the wrinkles ease. I have lost a bit of weight and look like a deflated balloon.

I used advanced crepe repair for 58 days. Used it morning and before bed. Not one iota of improvement. Skin crepey as ever. Went for refund. Had to jump through hoops. They will not refund 1 day past 60 days since delivery. Luckily, I emailed them at 58 days. Had to pull up my sent email and copy and paste it to customer service. Finally they said ok, refund issued. Now I have to send in empty jars. Total BS.

Products are ok a bit expensive. I get the bundles only because they last longer. Easy to order. It takes a while to receive products and they don't send email notification updates on when to expect orders which I find it very frustrating. Now when you send them an email with concerns they do respond quickly and that's a good thing and with updates on orders.

You have to be very careful when ordering from this company, i didn’t complete my order because I had a gift card and was having trouble applying it. They put the order through anyway. However their customer service is excellent. As soon as I saw it went through, I contacted them, they cancelled the order and explained how to reorder to make the gc apply. For that they get 4 and I love the products.

There was always good prompt communication. There was email help and good communication when I was having problems and a smooth way of returning product even though the gal I was dealing with and I were disappointed it didn't work.

I’m 83
I’m 83; how I look is very important- saggy,wrinkly skin is not flattering. Using my original purchase has helped minimize crappy skin on my neck and upper chest . I use it now on my arms. I feel like I should bathe in it! So, this is a way to try feel less “old” . Thank you!

The “age defying lift and firm” cream…
The “age defying lift and firm” cream was like a cheap, ineffective moisturizer. I paid $48 for this moisturizer. Initially, it was light and pleasant but did nothing for my dry skin even after multiple applications.
They charged me $48 twice and I got one jar. I called to get a refund and spoke with a very nice, helpful person who refunded my first $48 for the first jar which was not received by me. She then offered a refund or gift card option for the second jar. I will try another of their products with the gift card. The person I spoke with was professional and nice and I now have a much more favorable impression of the company.
