Everyone I spoke with were very helpful through this process.

I have just purchased a property through Michael Poole’s Stockton office and have been highly impressed with the service from the outset. Kathryn has been instrumental in progressing the sale to completion and could be relied upon to provide professional, timely updates.

The Stockton office team made selling mum’s house a positive experience from start to finish. Luke started by giving me a realistic selling price and some accurate insights into the process. I was kept updated throughout the sale and Emeline and Marion in particular provided timely information on viewer feedback and the eventual buyer’s progress through the process. It was nice to find that when somebody was away others in the office had access to file notes and I wasn’t left waiting for their return. Excellent service and I would use Michael Poole next time.

Very helpful service from Michael Poole, Ingleby Barwick. Leanne explained the buying process and helped to link us with solicitors, surveyors etc. She was also very supportive in guiding us.

From start to finish of putting our home on the market to the sale of the property the team at Guisborough office, Alisha and Jack plus Emma in the Admin team in Middlesbrough were extremely efficient and professional and very proactive in marketing our home. They took superb photos of the property and a 360 degree walkthrough video which was very helpful to prospective purchasers. We were kept in the loop re viewers, and they always gave feedback on viewings. Then when things went quiet in terms of viewings they actively looked at ways of better marketing our property. They also sent regular newsletters of the local housing market trends in the area which was very informative. We were thoroughly satisfied with the service received which in fact exceeded our expectations and would not hesitate in recommending them to any prospective house sellers

After dealing with a handful of estate agents I found Michael Poole, Guisborough brand, very responsive and helpful! Alisha was great and returned my calls without any issues but the other staff I spoke to were great too!

We’ve recently had to remove our property from the market with Michael Poole due to the consistently poor level of communication. It has been extremely difficult to reach anyone at the office — if we, as the sellers, can’t get through, it’s worrying to think how many potential buyers may also be struggling to make contact.

The communication has been absolutely shocking. The only feedback we received was via brief text messages that lacked any useful detail. Despite requesting to be copied into all correspondence (as my partner often works away and doesn’t always have access to phone or internet), this request was ignored.

Overall, we’re extremely disappointed with the way Michael Poole have handled the sale of our property. We will not be using their services again and would not recommend them to others.

Very good experience with Michael Poole. Especially Aslan Manzur is a STAR.

Ingleby branch excellent customer service

I have used Michael Poole stocktin for many sakes and purchases, I did use others before but once connected to this professional team I wouldnt go anywhere else. They work through any issues that arise in the sale process in a very ligical and pragmatic way. Luke, Marion, Emeline and all the team are easy to wirk with, highly recommended.

MP are only interested in speaking to you when you have a viewing. My House has been with them all year and because there’s been little interest I haven’t heard from them for months. No check-ins, no phone calls just to let us know they’re still trying to sell.

Estate Agency’s are all the same, just choose the one that will charge you the least % at sale as all the agency’s do is use rightmove.

We were promised proactiveness to seek out buyers, as they don’t speak to us we will assume this doesn’t happen and it’s purely waiting for potential buyers to find our house on rightmove.

We’d remove the house from sale at this point, but would need to pay MP a fee despite them not selling the house or even providing the most basic customer service.
We aren’t bitter the house isn’t selling but the least MP could do is suggest ways of pushing it, they havent thought of one thing, instead it’s us who come up with ideas. To just leave the customers whose houses aren’t selling and never touch base with them is unforgivable service.

Poor, poor show, we thought the agency couldn’t get worse than our previous one!!

We sold our house in Guisborough off market at the agreed guide price. Can't ask for more than that. Jan provided honest advice and Alisha was extremely proactive, the same could not be said for the agent that we bought from. Would not hesitate in recommending MP Guisborough.

A challenging number of months but we got there in the end! You have been fantastic throughout. From start to finish your communication was exceptional, always available to help and always kept us well informed throughout what proved to be quite a testing sale, not through the fault of yourselves but down to the difficult personal situation we found ourselves in.
