Great service as always from…

Great service as always from MicksGarage. Well priced and fast delivery. I've ordered several times and have always been happy. I will definitely be ordering again.

what customer service

I thought that I had updated my details but when the order went through it had not picked up the amendment. I accept this as my error but the saga that followed is just not acceptable.
1. The company offer a 7 day service but with a 9-5 five day customer service.
2. On receipt of the e mail, customer service respond immediately informing you that they are on it and will deal with it.
3. This is totally untrue.
4. Four days.Four e mails later. First actual response. Informing me that it is too late to amend the delivery.
What a surprise.
If the company had actually read the first e mail they would have realised it was sent prior to despatch as was the time their customer service department should have opened.
If the company is an internet. trader it should offer a customer service that matches the availability of their trading

disappointing experience

said they had my goods in stock and would get the next day. i waited 11 days to get delivery. sent them an email but got a robots reply which was a disappointing response.
