Excellent shopping experience
I placed an order from abroad and requested delivery a week later at my hotel when I was to arrive in Dubai. I was assisted by Zahra over Whatsapp chat during the order process. The order process went smooth and when I arrived in Dubai, it was delivered to the hotel on the day I requested. The order was correct. Then Zahra assisted me with a VAT refund tag. At the airport I claimed back my VAT in cash without any issues. It was a great experience and the price was really good. I bought a Macbook Pro M4 Pro for AED1130 cheaper than the iStore.

Scam Alert: Chinese Counterfeit Sold as Genuine Product
I ordered what was supposed to be an official product, but I received a Chinese counterfeit instead. Here’s the proof:
The official version does not have an Arabic keyboard, but this one does.
The model number on the back of the phone is different from the one displayed in the phone’s settings.
The rear label is fake and does not match the official product.
This is clearly a counterfeit, and it’s unacceptable that the seller would even attempt to pass this off as genuine. To make matters worse, the refund only covered the cost of the product itself, not the shipping fees or import taxes I had to pay for this fraudulent item.
I should not have to pay extra for a fake product. The company must take responsibility and reimburse me in full, including all additional costs. Stay away unless you want to risk being scammed!

This company are not to be trusted. I spent 6 months trying to get my money back after they sent me a dud bluetooth headpiece. They tried everything to not give me a refund, but after more than 200 emails, a formal complaint and months of absolute stress, they finally gave in. I did not stop until I was owed my right as a consumer to be given a refund for a faulty product. Beware!

Great customer service
I bought an insta360 camera and it was getting shipped from UAE to Saudi Arabia.
I paid for DHL to doorstep that was an additional 70 SAR to reach me within 4 days and the day it was despatched DHL informed me it would be delivered 3 days after microless said.
There were some issues at the border but once it had been delivered to me microless responded and refunded me full shipping cost and gave a gift voucher.
Can’t fault their customer service.
