Breach of guidelines
I received the wrong item in my order
I received the wrong item in my order. Absolutely Poor customer support, and not in the sense that they don’t respond, but in the way it seems they’re doing something. They will respond. They’ll apologize. And most likely they reply to this review. But what they won’t do is actually correct their mistake. This review wasn’t written except after extensive effort to try to get them to follow up after email their support team and providing every bit of proof that they made a mistake. Unfortunately this has become the norm with most UAE based retail websites because I’m not based in the UAE they take advantage.
Edit: MICROLESS have contacted me after this review and asked me to send an email. They have followed up and the return of the product and sent me the right one.

A trusted retailer - especially if things go wrong!
I have been a customer for almost 9 years and besides Amazon, Microless has been my most trusted online retailer here in Dubai. They consistently stock the latest and greatest, competitively priced, and most of all: outstanding customer service. Even when they have faltered they always redeem themselves, going out of their way to ensure I’m nothing short of satisfied. And whenever I have issues they go above and beyond. Case in point: I recently purchased a gaming chair that broke after a few months of use. They responded to my warranty claim and sent me a replacement chair - all in the SAME DAY! Now that is outstanding! I would like to mention the representative Shihab, who handled my case like a true professional and clearly excels in customer relations!

UPD but if you order online it might be a problem. They messed up my two last orders. I ordered two WiFi access point pro versions and they sent my one pro and one regular which is x2 cheaper. How is that possible?
