Thank you Microsoft

I just ordered 2 brand new Xbox series S controllers from the Microsoft store. The controllers was on sale because of black Friday so I considered it to be a great deal. They shipped very fast and efficient.

It's a breathe of fresh air to purchase a brand new item that is actually brand new. I purchased brand new controllers from other retailers that turned out to be used. Not only that but they overpriced me and their controllers had stick drift after 2 days.

Anyways, I hope they fix the servers online as well so I can enjoy my Xbox live. I'm tired of matching up with people who have awful internet. Besides that, I like the new Series s controllers.

absolutelly atrocious store

absolutelly atrocious store. Avoid this at all cost!

- The design and navigation in it is terrible.
- Having to access the download/instal button with mandatory sign in with microsoft account even for a free app is annoying as hell.
- You cannot even change the directory of the instalation folder for anything you get from the store.
- Then you find out about a ''MOVE'' button for already installed folder, just to find out that the particular folder CANNOT be MOVED!!!
- and when you want to do it yourself, find the folder of windowsapps in programs and files you get rejected upon trying to open the said folder? How am I not an owner of this folder on MY OWN PC??

By all means, avoid using microsoft store at all cost like a plague!!!
There is 0benefits using the store. Just plain headache

Horrible customer service. I buy one thing get something else and then am not allowed to refund it. I will buy sony products going forward

Forza Horizon 5 will not download

My son bought Forza Horizon 5 on the xbox app on Microsoft. It has not been able to download despite following all suggestions from Microsoft Community. A wasted £55 and no means to contact anyone for help or a refund.

Lags. Loses data. Loads again, & again, & again

This is so laggy. I also needed to sign in multiple times and still watch the store re-load and refresh, and lag out on my inputs.

I put in new card details and they've gone.

The installer froze around 60%. So i quit it but it apparently finished installing because i can open the store - only to find i need to sign in AGAIN and update my new card AGAIN - and this specific app is also loading several times and really clunky and laggy. How? Is this a billion or trillion dollar company? Im on A WINDOWS PC? with an SSD & 100 mbps wifi? Im amazed it's so difficult and fustrating - but cheap tho! that explains why it's $1 ^.^ Incredible. +1 for Steam, Origin and the PS Stores.

Horrifically trained customer service…

I made a purchase through the store online and mistakenly used the wrong billing address. I hoped on online chat only to be told I need to call in. I call the number provided and am then transferred to billing (which makes sense). After 45 minutes on hold, I am told billing can't help and that I need to be transferred to sales?? I get transferred, explain the issue for the 4th time only to be told that they can only update billing information if/when the charge is declined. If that happens I need to call back.

Would have been great to know that last night when chatting with customer support online and then when I called in before wasting an hour only to find out I shouldn't worry and can call back if/when it is declined.

Obviously you need better training to assist customers as it sounded like nobody, including the last gentleman knew what they were talking about.

After 20 minutes of queue of technical…

After 20 minutes of queue of technical support talking to a bot I tell them the problem that I have and they hang up on me.
I literally told them that I can't install games and if they are aware of all the tickets that are listed on microsoft feedback hub and they HANG UP.
They avoid calls and ignore all of our tickets.
Microsoft is a scam, I will look forward is sueing them.

Thank you Kate.

Needed to contact customer service as I used the wrong payment method for Purchase. Kate was an absolute star. Not only did she quickly cancel the incorrect order, she helped me with my reorder also pointing out how I can save money and to make sure my products were compatible.
(originally they were not, my fault). After my delivery (on time) Kate was was on the phone make sure I was happy with the product. This is what Customer service is supposed to be like. Patient, knowledgeable, professional service. Oh and the Surface pro is pretty special as well. :)

The MS Store app is a nightmare to use

The MS Store app is a nightmare to use. Coming from Steam where there are very few issues downloading and installing games, the MS Store really is atrocious on Windows 10! Sometimes clicking install nothing happens. Other times the download states there is an error but suddenly when about to give up, the game will download! Changed graphics settings in AoE IV and restarted game, but could not launch the game again for a good 20 minutes. I would have thought Microsoft would have done better by now.

got to hand it to Microsoft. forty years of crappy products and they’re still hanging in there. They’ve now gone from creating crap software to crap hardware. Who’s in charge of this company?

Bought downloadable content they took back demand I pay twice ???

I play halo wars bought (3) additional characters for the units & extended game play. Just updated now I have to repay for things I've already purchased what a rip off. I'm back tracking through my card purchase and will be seeking either my content I've already paid for or a full refund of the $45 dollars stolen from me by a sleazy mealy mouth corporation

Why the hell do you think charging $100…

Why the hell do you think charging $100 for the MS Office collection is a good idea? Are you the holy grail of basic programs or something? You should fire the person that set that price point. Microsoft is just alienating people with an overpriced model like Adobe has for the past years.

Wireless HDMI terrible delivery IDIOT

I recently purchased a monitor wireless HDMI which was delivered very quickly (great service) BUT the IDIOT who delivered it did not ring my bell instead threw the package over my fence onto a concrete path! Please Microsoft Ireland cancel your contract with IDIOT delivery companies.
