Efficient, quick and friendly service. It is always a smooth running process with Midpoint, have never had any problems with them. Excellent customer service from Nimit in particular. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

The rate was better than what my local bank offered, but with Midpoint's fee, the difference was really small, and I wasted time with the transfers.

One of the most hassle-free transactions in my life :: very easy steps, price was fantastic and importantly it is very secure. Only I wish I can be able to do limit forward order.

I am not computer literature so the staff phoned me and talked me through each step and everything went as clock work. They couldn't do enough marvelous team 10 out of 10.

I would definitely use Midpoint to transfer my funds internationally. The rates are awesome and charges minimal. It is easy to setup. I had one small hiccup when starting up but the staff were really great to deal with and I would not hesitate in recommending them.

No issues quite simple only thing is it takes a little longer than anticipated

I used the service for a large transfer to cover a house purchase. This required live chat with their agent and I had to go through additional due diligence checks happily it was quite quick and easy as I had the paperwork on hand but it did mean we missed the very best rate on the day. The rate we got was better and fees were less than for a bank transfer for this larger sum. However other services offer better rates for smaller sums. It was very reassuring to get notifications as the money passed through the system but there was a delay between my transferring money in and the release of funds. Overall I'm satisfied with the service and especially the transparency of the operation but would like to see it speeded up slightly.

As advertised, they have performed as requested and delivered exactly as contracted.

I used midpoint for a transfer from Germany to a New Zealand bank account. To my knowledge this is the best value transfer method for international fund transfers. Easy to understand, and transparent in execution.

Following an international relocation, we needed to move some money from US to Germany to re-establish life. Following a fair amount of research, it became apparent that banks were a poor vehicle for non-trivial sums.

The only item that was unclear was the actual process. I suspect that this may be a result of every source/destination country having different rules. In my case, it was simply paying my US bank $45 to wire the dollars to a London bank, and providing the necessary IBAN numbers for my receiving account in Germany. (A quick phone call resolved all questions.)

A little more transparency as to what is happening with the cash would be ideal, particularly when significant sums are involved. While everything was transparent up to the point where the money arrived in London, we then had a 2 day wait where nothing happened. Then another email arrived, stating the money had been dispatched to my German bank. And there, it took another few days before it actually appeared in the account.

Having gone through the experience once, I would use Mid-Point again w/o reservation, and confidently, as I have a better understanding of the general process and Mid-Point's particular process.

OK, so it was the first time I was using it because I compared rates and was cheaper than Transfer Wise. The online system was simple enough but got stuck on something (my fault, in retrospect). It is Saturday, that's when u get around sorting your finances. So u email customer service and are angry at yourself for not doing it before. But then - voila! In less than 5mn you get a response- from the CEO! Not only that, he offers to call u to walk u through the system and offer advice on how to deal with your bank. All in all, they fix the rate, offer great pricing (was still checking live rates from competitors) and maintain the price until Monday (and even beyond).

Transaction closes, you save a couple hundred bucks vs closest competitor and CEO still checks that u have got everything in order.

Can't recommend highly enough.

No issues, delivers what it's supposed to

I found this team to be helpful and fair.
With time differences between UK and Australia one needs to be patient and allow up to 24 hours for a response to a question. The computerised part of the system went without a hitch. Getting money into USA is slow due to the USA Anti-Money-Laundering laws (my pilot transfer made over a week ago has not yet cleared). This is not something MidPoint can control because I see the same issues happening everywhere in the USA.
I am not impressed by the complex bureaucratic system that has been imposed in the USA following heavy fines on firms like HSBC for 'not knowing their clients'.
