Grainne was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Grainne was prompt in her responses and arranged both my car and house insurance in a few days.

I have dealt with McCarthy Insurance for many years but have specifically dealt with Michaela since January 2023. Michaela is the definition of customer service and I can only say that she has been of huge assistance to me. All queries are promptly answered and I have always felt that she does her absolute best for me. Dealing with someone like Michaela is the reason that I prefer to use a broker for my insurance needs.
