Horrible expericence with this company
Horrible expericence with this company. I highly recommend NEVER to purchase anything here! I bought a pair of Marni sandals and Miinto by mistake sent me the wrong color. I informed them about the error and they demanded that I returned the product within 14 days which I told wasn't possible due to vacation. Then followed a long correspondance where they refused to be helpfull with correcting their mistake and then they declared the case closed.
In other words - they send the wrong product and then refuse to do anything about it!
On top of that, they are extremely rude, both on email and in the danish 'customer' service department. Really really poor experience with this shop - I am now stuck with the wrong product and they do nothing! What a way to treat a customer!

I'm one of the agents who has been on the case. I told you that since you're going on vacation you have to created a return on our webside, before you're leaving so you automatically will get 14 days more to return
You said you would do it right away, so from our side we didn't do more on your case, than saying sorry for the mistake we did and offered you some discount so you could purchase the shoes again.
You then contacted us after you came home from your vacation because you couldn't created the return. We told you that your return period expired because you didn't created the return on our webside as we told you to do, so you could get 14 days more to return.
I hope our explanation this time makes more sense 🙏🏼

I have never received my package! And no valid tracking code!
I have never received my package! And the tracking code provided was not valid! Tried to contact customer service which told me they would contact me about the order and a valid tracing code - BUT never heard back from them.

I’ve ordered 3 bags (Coperni and Diesel) and 3 sunglasses (Balenciaga , Versace, and Palm Angels) from Miinto and have always had a good experience. One advice is to record video when opening the package and take many pictures if there’s something wrong with your order, as evidence. Customer Services are very helpful in my case, just mind the opening hour for Live Chat. I haven’t had any Reklamation claim, so I don’t know if that’s possible. I only had experience receiving a bag with excess glue and I contacted CS and I got 10% discount for keeping the bag, instead of returning it.

Product was as promised
Product was as promised, but UPS had really put the package through the ringer. The shipping bag was torn, and the shoe box completely destroyed. Luckily the few small marks on the shoes I was able to buff out with a cloth.

Literally the worst customer service…
Literally the worst customer service I've ever experienced. They sent wrong sized item and could not exchange. So I requested to return. They then sent the return label with an insufficient return address. Have literally been chasing them ever since, with zero results after speaking with them. Item is now headed back to me and I'm still down 2000DKK on their terrible service. Still cannot anyone on customer service to actually DO anything to help after 5 calls. Keep asking for someone else higher up to help and it's like hearing an automated answer each time. Abysmal - do not use.
